Quite expensive, but overall satisfied with what they offer. If you purchase the base plan, there isn't much you can do with customization, and most of the features require upgrades, which is a bit a... See more

I found it very difficult to use and found another that is more simplistic to use.

To have my photos on Wordpress is useful when someone wants to see my work during the Troubles in Northern Ireland. I’m 82 now and find using computers quite difficult.
Could you please remove the captions on the photos to below the photos for me. Would make my website better.
Thank you.

I really enjoy the simplicity of creating a document on Wordpress!

WordPress has been a good platform for us. Our subscribers are in the 2 digits but largely because we are not connected to other platforms. So that means that WordPress on its own does not have high exposure and likely isn't meant to. We are two contributors on this one site that are less technically capable than most, I suspect, so my expectations are not high and consequently, mostly met. - Mike

I had to create a website as a college project. WordPress was easy to use and allowed me to get the information published online.

We work with Wordpress for more than 6 years now and they're always helpful no matter how little our problem or question is, and the ever-evolving site-building interface is also very user-friendly.

So far, in my experience with you since about 2008 or so, you’ve been great. You still seem to put the user first. Please keep doing so.

Being able to use my phone on the beach to blog post with hyperlinks and images from iPhoto and my iPhone makes it easy and fun to share my work with others.

I have asked a favour in figuring out a review form and the assistant was helpful and kind.

It won't allow me to add a second page for other things without paying even more money to it.

My only complaint about Wordpress is that from time to time the master page will change without warning and explanation. It takes me time to locate features and learn the new procedures.

All Word Press website building features were easy to access, worked smoothly, and significantly strengthened the overall skills of the user and the site design results.

I was able to build a professional- looking website for a family business by starting with one of the available templates. Yes, there was a learning curve, and I still stumble a bit with the photo galleries, but overall my experience with WordPress.com has been quite positive. I do have experience managing other websites but had never built one myself. My only critique is that the short instructional videos in the Help menu are difficult to understand because the narrator speaks much too quickly and 'staccato'. Please slow them down. They are too fast for captions to keep up. I have resorted to using off-brand videos found in Google searches with some success. Also a lot of trial and error! WordPress.com is NOT for absolute beginners. But if you have some website experience and trust their process, WordPress.com will work well for you. And I greatly appreciate the one-stop-shop aspect of registering the domain name, site building, and hosting all in one place. Your 3 year discount was nice.

I have been using Wordpress for about five years and Wordpress has never let me as I have built a source for my thoughts and stories and publishing opportunities for others.

Using Wordpress for articles with photography. It is straightforward to use, flexible enough for my needs, and comes at reasonable cost. Very happy user!

The blocks are extremely frustrating. There is no consistency in spacing even when you’re working in one box. I shouldn’t have to watch a video to figure it out. What I do enjoy about it even if it cost me an additional price is that I can create labels straight from my site.
