Best customer service. Very fast and effective. Approachable agents especially Christian he had everything sorted out so quickly before I even asked. He is very efficient and always carried me along and ask my opinion on how I want the process to go

I am trying to resolve an issue of 61 missing shirts and no one is contacting me or helping me. I have emailed multiple times with attachments of our order and the delivery statement. Every time I call, the phone hangs up after 3 minutes of waiting.

Lucky if you get what you've ordered
Wordans has never delivered the goods, doesn't answer to any email, nor does their customer service answer the phone. Apparently it's pure luck whether you get the goods. And if you don't you're on your own and can write off whatever money you have wired them.
Open to discuss this with anybody, anytime
