Recently had an issue with a boiler that was installed by a previous owner, the customer service team were clear and efficient, the engineer was very professional, did not create a disruption and was clear with his explanation of the issue and how it was resolved.

I’m taking the time to write this review after such an excellent experience dealing with Wooster Brush customer service.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Wooster Brush, but I’ve not interacted with their customer service until last week.

I’d purchased a couple of their items from a third party, and unfortunately, the third party had improperly stored the products. I contacted Wooster Brush customer service to query whether the items would be in any way impaired, and they kindly offered an immediate replacement (despite not being the retailer I purchased from).

Their response was rapid, and the replacement items were sent out to me super fast. Upon receiving the package, not only had they replaced the goods I queried, they went above and beyond by kindly sending me some extra freebies.

I am so impressed by this company. Not only for their high-quality standards but also by their amazing customer service, attention to detail, and warm kindness from their representatives.

I will always recommend this company and will be a lifelong patron.
