Purchased white health bracelet, received a broken mosquito repellent bracelet that I did not ordered which took one month for me to get the broken item. I emailed customer services only to received the email below.

Scam company, ordered a health bracelet what arrived was a cheap mosquito bracelet

My order has arrived after 26 days, broken. I was offered a replacement if I pay for the item again (with 10%, later 20%) discount, but my request for refund was refused.
Better shop elsewhere.

I ordered a product in January 2023 and it barely arrived today June 14,2023. The product has nothing to do with what they offered none at all don’t buy anything. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Order arrived but does not fit. I have contacted customer support who refuse to replace with smaller item as it is one size and will not allow me to return the item to get a refund because the correct order was sent...?!
Complete waste of money and terrible customer support.
