Disrespectful Intake Experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the intake manager at Woods and Woods. From the moment the call began, she spoke to me as if I were on trial—rushed, dismissive, and lacking basic respect. She continuously referred to me by my first name, as if we were old classmates, instead of showing the professionalism expected when dealing with a veteran who has endured 17 years of hardship. Her tone and approach raised my anxiety unnecessarily. This was not the support or understanding I expected from a firm that claims to advocate for veterans. I had to end the call early for my own mental well-being. Unacceptable.
