I came across the Wood and Beyond website in my search for engineered wood flooring, but wanted to see the floors in person before making a purchase.
Riza was great! She was really helpful and knowledgeable and was able to immediately pull out samples for the types of flooring I described to her. She checked the stock straightaway and I was able to hold the stock of my order for a week so I have some time to make sure I am absolutely sure of my choice.

First time bought LVT solely seeing…
First time bought LVT solely seeing samples at home. Decided to go with W&B for their customer service as LVT looked similar to me from different brand. They went extra miles to suggest similar shade when my desired on run out. Communication with Veronica was wonderful as well. Always replies promptly. Can't comment on longevity of the flooring as just laid down. Will be back again after few months to rate it.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. We bought flooring for two rooms, it arrived and looked nothing like the samples we saw, completely different knot patterns and density of knots that fall outside of the expected variation found in a natural product. This ruined the look of our renovation. The company offered no compensation whatsoever. Then we had underlay (unused and only bought on wood and beyond’s insistence) and leftover flooring, we paid for these to be sent to the warehouse for return, the company then said they were not delivered. After weeks of complaining. They miraculously found our return and then claimed it arrived damaged! Finally they agreed to a partial refund after much correspondence. It was almost as if they were doing everything in their power to not refund us for anything. Horrible to do business with - avoid this company.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that the product you purchased is a natural grade flooring. As outlined in our product information and terms, this grade will include natural characteristics such as knots, variations in knot density, and colour variation. These features are inherent to the product and are considered normal, not faults. Each plank is unique, and some variation from samples should always be expected with natural wood flooring.
We would also like to highlight that we always advise customers to carefully inspect the flooring prior to installation. If you are not happy with the appearance, the material should not be installed, as installation is deemed as acceptance of the product.
As previously advised, we did offer you the option to return the goods in line with our terms and conditions. We understand there were delays regarding the return, however once the goods were received and assessed, we worked with you to reach a resolution and agreed to a partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however we believe we have acted in accordance with our policies and have made reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.

Needed a good quality LVT flooring
Needed a good quality LVT flooring. Found Wood & Beyond online.Needed to call for some advice. From the first contact with them it has been a pleasure. They sent out samples immediately. Kept my initial order but waited for me to confirm colour match. All done very efficiently. The staff in the office were excellent and very helpful. Prices competitive. Highly recommend this company. If you speak with Cheuk she is charming and a pleasure to deal with.
