Great experience when purchasing my car. Unfortunately I was sold the car without service. I was informed by Debbie that they do not sell cars if there is no service record, and that they go to auction. I am now selling the car I bought from Wollaston and requested the service record digitally as none in the book. I was informed that it had its MOT which of course it did but nothing said about the Service history. Debbie is now ignoring my emails and not responding about the service history and I am still awaiting an answer as to why I was sold a car without service history? To say that ignoring my emails is beyond unprofessional. It’s a real shame as I had enjoyed the actual experience of purchasing my vehicle but if a business runs on taking the money and now that they have it they could not care less about my requests, then it’s not a business I will do repeat dealings with. A shame as we buy cars a lot. Thanks for ignoring me.

I highly recommend Jack Coates! He was so friendly and helpful. As a woman and a new driver, I was intimidated walking into the showroom. Not once did Jack make me feel stupid or patronised for asking questions. He explained so many things so clearly, and I felt at ease and well informed. He truly made the whole experience for me.

From beginning to end we received great service from Mark - we went to view a 2nd hand mini seen online and were served straight away. Once we had decided to purchase the admin was straightforward. Mark was engaging, knowledgeable, polite (not pushy) and did not defer to my husband - he dealt with me as he knew the car would be mine . I would recommend the dealership and also welcomed the atmosphere and service across the board. Thank you .

Absolutely shocking customer service. We walked in and we were the only customers in the showroom. Not one employee acknowledged our presence or at least said a greeting. We were considering a Mini for a car but on this experience where the staff cannot be bothered to at least say hello it signals that the customer service can only disappoint so I will not be buying a Mini.

I cannot praise the Body Shop at Wollaston Motors in Northampton enough. They went over and above what they needed to do and I felt as if I was dealing with people I had known for many years. I couldn't get to the Garage due to my husband's bad health and they did so much to help and sort this for me, for which I am so grateful. Nicola, Simon and Mark, thank you all so much!

Victoria was amazing from initial enquiry, to visiting for a test drive last Saturday, deciding to proceed, and collecting this Saturday.

Victoria gave us time to look around the car, no sales pressure and go and see her when finished. Exactly the kind of experience I want when purchasing something but hardly ever get. Any questions or queries I had were answered with great knowledge of the product by Victoria.

Would definitely travel the distance to purchase a car from Wollaston again. Even though there are Mini dealerships closer to me.

I picked up my brand new Mini Aceman SE this weekend, having ordered it back in February. Kyle was knowledgeable about the car and discussed in detail the specifications available and my finance options. He was friendly, courteous and kept me informed throughout the whole order process. On pick up day, it felt like an occasion as I completed final paperwork and I was taken to my new car. Kyle took the time to set the car up for me and talked me through all the settings.
