This brand provided an amazing experience. The products are beautiful. I purchased the 4-in-1 tap featuring a dark brass finish and a sturdy brass spout. Absolutely breathtaking! Initially, I believed... See more

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Wodar. I purchased a tap (Order #2834) in August 2024, and since installation, I’ve faced nothing but issues. The tap did not deliver hot water and leaked from the start, despite professional installation and countless hours wasted with plumbers trying to resolve the problem.
I contacted Wodar’s customer service immediately, and what followed was months of excuses, delays, and no resolution. Initially, I was told to send photos and videos, which I did. After weeks of silence, they claimed the issue was an installation error, which it clearly wasn’t. Promised replacement parts never arrived on time, and their updates were sporadic at best.
When I finally did receive a replacement part in December (after me chasing), it made no difference. Despite this, Wodar refused to provide a permanent solution or even send a suitable alternative. They offered either a refund or a different tap color, ignoring my request for the antique gold hot tap to resolve the issue. They then blamed freight delays, which conveniently always seemed to push their promised delivery dates further into the future.
To make matters worse, when I left a review on Trustpilot earlier in the process, they had the audacity to ask me to remove it in exchange for a partial refund. I agreed at the time, hoping they’d honor their promise and resolve the issue. Instead, they continued with their excuses, leaving me without a functioning tap or a reliable solution for over four months.
Wodar’s handling of this situation has been unprofessional, dismissive, and infuriating. Their lack of accountability and refusal to resolve this matter in a timely and fair manner has cost me not only money for plumbers but also endless frustration.
Under UK consumer rights law, I am entitled to a product that is fit for purpose and free from defects. Wodar has utterly failed to uphold these basic standards. I am left with a faulty tap, wasted time, and no trust in this company.
Avoid Wodar at all costs unless you want to be left high and dry, battling months of poor customer service for a product that doesn’t work.

The level of customer services at Wodar has been first class. Having read some of the few negative reviews it does make me wonder as Jonny at Wodar customer services has been first class. The tap is amazing quality for the price, the packaging also looks very premium! Thank you Jonny! We love our Wodar tap!

We recently purchased our 4 in 1 Wodar Flex tap and we have been delighted with the quality level and service provided by the Wodar Team. The tap was in stock and came next day as anticipated.. highly recommended!

I purchased a Flex Design 4-1 tap. Had a few teething issues with it. Spent 6hours + of troubleshooting, replacing 2 tanks, and fitting 2 drain valves, but ultimately it’s working now.
Really like the look of this tap, it feels nice, but fundamentally the boiler unit is poorly designed. I’ve now been advised. Wodar are designing a new boiler for this Flex tap, which will fix the issues I’ve experienced for future customers.
Customer service has been responsive and and always helpful. Been sent 2 additional filters and a partial refund as a gesture. Overall very happy with the tap now, just been a bit of effort to get here. I’ll be excited to try new boiler design which should resolve all the issues experienced.
6 month update : new boiler design and still have the same issues… never mind. Tap works alright and I’m pleased overall but it drips ALL the time. Probably wouldn’t buy again

Ordered a new boiling tap over Christmas. It arrived in the timescale expected, and was easy to install. My husband had a couple of questions on how to fit, the customer services team quickly helped and answered the questions thoroughly. Would definitely recommend Wodar to our friends and family.

I purchased a tap in November, and when it arrived, it had two large marks on it that looked like a fault in the finish, along with four additional marks that appeared as though the finish had been sprayed on with a can. It was far from the product shown on the website, clearly faulty, and demonstrated poor quality control.
I contacted the company immediately to express my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, I received a dismissive and quite a rude response claiming the marks were just part of the tap's design—even though they were stark and completely inconsistent with the advertised image. After multiple back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to collect the faulty tap.
I took a day off work to stay home for the 9 am–5 pm time slot they gave me, only for no one to turn up. When I expressed my frustration, there wasn’t even an apology. Instead, they informed me they had now rearranged the collection for another day without consulting me—again, a day I couldn’t accommodate.
When I proposed an alternative day, they replied with a passive-aggressive email (complete with "..." at the end) and still no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I reluctantly took a second day off work to ensure I’d be home for the new time slot to get it resolved and off my plate. Once again, no one showed up.
At this point, I emailed to express how unacceptable the situation had become. Rather than apologising or addressing the issue, they ignored my concerns and told me I now had to post the tap back and included an address so I would clearly have to fit the bill for this.
This entire experience has been nothing but stressful, costing me significant time and money between the poor-quality product, rude customer service, two wasted days off work, and no resolution. I have never encountered such appalling service and communication. The issue is still not resolved. Avoid this company at all costs!

LED display faulty, sent an email to claim for warranty (unit less than 2 years). First response asking about order number and filter replacement date, replied with details. Second response, according to them since I’m in a hard water area that causes the fault. Replied back questioning that hard water does not go through the LED display. Replied yesterday saying that build up may cause leak and moisture that eventually impacted the LED Display. If this is the case then, there is a fault on the design which should be covered by warranty claim.

Would honestly not recommend.
I bought a design+ flex 4 in 1. Had problem after problem with the tap/boiler system & lost all confidence due to boiler leaking at the base & tap randomly leaking from the spout.
Delivered on 31/12/24. After first email communication on 31/12 due to the boiler leaking from the base & no water from the tap, I was told 99% is down to not fitting correctly & was sent a link to a video showing the same tap but with the connections labelled differently. I paid a plumber to fit & confirmed everything was correct.
I also mentioned I was concerned with the boiler as the bag it was packaged in was wet. An email back from Jonny stated “The tap & boiler will have some slight bits of water still in the system due to our quality testing, this is normal procedure”. The tap wasn’t wet & It wasn’t until later that I thought this can’t be right as the boiler was delivered with screw & push caps over its pipes. So how could it possibly leak?
After emails to hello@wodar with pictures & a video of the boiler leaking, I was sent an email back on the 3/1 saying they would send me a replacement tap out & DPD would take the faulty tap.
That same day I was emailed back asking how I came to the conclusion it was the tap & not the boiler that was at fault & replied with a lengthy email explaining what had happened.
The next day I got a bit frustrated & decided to look myself at the connections (which like the plumber said were all correct). Turned out there was a blockage in the tap & strangely this was fixed by removing the aerator??
I thought great! However.. after following the instructions to prime the system etc.. the boiler was still intermittently leaking from the bottom & the tap would randomly drip/run. At this point I’d had enough & lost all confidence in the system.
I emailed to say just that & that I wanted to return for a refund. This was acknowledged & an email came through confirming DPD was booked to collect the system on the 7/1/25.
DPD did arrive on the 7th, took the system & left a box which contained the replacement tap. Unfortunately I wasn’t present at the time.
Since then email communication has been poor. I was left not knowing what was going on. I emailed requesting an update as I was worried the wrong DPD driver had taken the system & had no response.
I phoned the number on their website. They said they couldn’t help me, that there was no one they could pass me on to & no other number or email. They didn’t even have a contact for their manager? All the person could do was mark me as urgent & suggested I forwarded all email communication to returns@wodar.
Admittedly this was over the Christmas period. Email communication up until I said I wanted to return was ok. I am still in the dark with this, out of pocket & no idea where the system has gone.
Hoping I get further here with Wodar as since I said I wanted to return & get my money back the email/phone communication up until now has been diabolical. As stated in my emails. I would like a refund, DPD have collected the full system & left me with a replacement tap. Please update me on what’s happening.
Update - 18/1/25
Since writing this review, Wodar/Jonny has emailed me apologising for the confusion regarding the phone lines stating that they are for sales enquiries only. Jonny also noted in the email that they had seen my Trustpilot review & stated “If you can perhaps consider removing this we would give you a trade discount for a new purchase which is a further 30%”.
After reading other Trustpilot reviews that had similarities with my own experience, it seems the problems lie in Wodar’s aftercare when issues arise. Due to this, I turned down their offer & continued with requesting a full refund.
I had an email confirmation from Jonny saying they refunded me & again asked “Would you please consider changing your review for us?”
So here it is..
I’d suggest if you aren’t getting any response from Wodar through email (as it seems that’s the only way you can contact them regarding issues) to message here as it seems they respond much quicker.
I’d also like to add, they advertise on their website as selling boiling water taps and this is quite misleading. Water boils at 100 degrees not 98.
Update - 24/1/25
Email from Michael Sammon apologising for issues caused & suggested my review was slightly harsh & that I should change it before telling me about another poor review Wodar received that he felt was unfair. I’d just like to add poor customer service has been noted way before the Christmas period.
I am always very honest in my reviews & state facts. However, I shall once again update as requested..
The taps look & finish itself I felt was very nice (chrome) however the system is massively let down by the boiler (which even the plumber thought was poor quality) & connectors.
Overall bad experience, out of pocket & wasted time.
Fantastic tap at an excellent price, and really easy to install. Everything about my experience with Wodar has been faultless. So pleased with how the 3 in 1 brushed brass boiling water tap looks in our new kitchen!
I am totally bowled over by the Pro Flex 3 in 1 water tap system from Wodar. The tap is extremely good quality, and looks so good in my brand spanking new kitchen!
I am also totally bowled over by the customer care after sales service I was given by Jonny.
Jonny not only offered advice, but knew exactly what was needed, and said he’d put it in the post the same day. And he did just that! I received the item the next day. All this, and the tap is very reasonably priced, especially compared to the branded one everybody has heard of. Don’t go there! Go to Wodar. I can’t fault the product, or the company. Excellent service all round.

I emailed Wodar customer services yesterday about a tap I wished to purchase and if it was in stock. I received a prompt response from Jonny, the item will be available in 10 days.
I responded requesting notification once the product has arrived? I woke up this morning to an email from Jonny advising me the item will not been in the warehouse until the end of November. But as a gesture and apology for the inconvenience, they will add a filter to the order. I wrote back to say thank you, I then bamboozled Jonny with questions about other items I needed. He was so patient, and answered all my queries, emails back and forth. I am so impressed with the customer service provided, being able to communicate with the same advisor was great and I was lucky to get the great at his job Jonny.
I impressed with the level of care from him and customer services. It says everything when you have a positive interaction with a company even before you buy or receive.

Ordered a tap that was supposed to arrive next day. Got an email on the day it was supposed to arrive later afternoon telling me the tap was out of stock but didn’t update on the website, the email included a link of the exact tap I ordered as an alternative which seemed odd. I rang the number listed on the website to try and resolve the issue and understand more. When I rang the lady who answered said she wasn’t able to help me with any query and that I had to just wait for an email, she didn’t have access to order system or stock. Very bizarre not sure what the number is used for online but it isn’t helpful customer service. I’ve paid £149 for a tap and concerned now I won’t hear back from anyone. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just fitted our new flex hot water tap(took less than hour). So easy to install with the excellent instructions. This really is a game changer,so pleased we purchased this and it looks fabulous. Also like the compact/ efficient boiler which takes up very little space under the sink.
5 Stars to Wodar for designing such a superb quality Kitchen tap.
If anyone is thinking about buying a boiling water tap you should definitely pick this one.
They might be affordable but theres a catch! Loved my purchase really pleased BUT Poor after sales care, my boiling hot water tap is just ten months old with a faulty digital display on the boiler unit, several emails later to be told that it's a filter problem apparently! Therefore warranty void.

I ordered a boiling water tap but due to delays to my kitchen I didn't open the tap.i ordered the wrong one but wodar still allowed me to return it and order the correct one which I'm absolutely delighted with. Due to a slight delay refunding the original purchase they also offered a further discount excellent company
Doing a lot of research into Boiling Hot Water Taps, I wanted a UK quality design and product at a competitive price point. Targeting a quality product, Wodar had an excellent product range from high end to affordable, classic to modern styling. Being UK based, the delivery was next day and customer service, second to none! It was packaged with such care and attention that you would think you were unwrapping a one of a kind and bespoke product. Fitting was easy and straight forward thanks to the cleaver number marking on each of the tails. 1 week in, and we are hugely impressed with Wodars' offering. A truly superior product, elegant yet extremely functional and a game changer in our family - thank you!
Ordered a tap and waste for next day delivery, informed waste out of stock and on back order but under the impression that tap was on the way. Arranged a plumber for Saturday, 3 days later, to fit the tap in order to get our kitchen working again. Tap did not arrive. Contacted company the following Monday who apologised and rearranged delivery. It has now arrived and to be completely fair it appears to have been worth the delay. A really nice looking and beautifully engineered tap complete with hoses. For the money I am not sure it could have been better. Would have been 5 star but for the delay.
