Fantastic service From Jack at WMS&F
I've used WMS&F for a few years now. My mum started with him first when our old alarm fitter was not bothered to come and help up with the alarm he fitted. Jack found a number of faults with our alarm system. We soon felt safe and content the alarm was maintained with a new battery and service.
5 years later I've had Jack over to ask about CCTV lock and and alarm. I stared off with an alarm. It was advised that I don't have CCTV due to the property's been too close to others and having 2 public paths where children walk up and down ect. I have been thinking about anti snap locks and another service as with covid19 services where cancelled as most clients didn't want people in their homes for non essential reasons. So I never had mine serviced in 2020. So early 2022 a fault came up as its a wireless alarm it needs servicing once a year.
So I called up and Spoke to Jack about a service. I got rid of my app that no long would let me log in and got an alarm remote. The remotes are easy to use and more flexible if you want to set the alarm at night. I asked about anti snap locks also while he was here. So had 2 of them replaced as it was recommended and I had seen a lot on tv about break ins. I only have one line of defence so this was of key importance to me. I was advised that the lock where at least 20 years old and we though they where the original ones that came fitted with the door and frame. Jack also went the extra mile cleaning the locks mechanism the handle is now easy to pull up its made a massive difference. I now don't feel the mechanism working as I lock my door. It was so heavy and stiff before. I often recommend WMS&F to friends and family. Keep up the good work Jack I shall keep supporting my local security company and recommending them to all who will listen.
