Appointed contractor for Hastoe housing - West Country Maintenance

Appointed contractor for Hastoe Housing, (after they ditched Jones building group), are quite disorganised, useless at making confirmed appointments, often the worker/s wont turn up, and if they do, it will be at a time/day to suit them. If they do arrive to fix a problem, it will be quite something if they remedy it correctly, often it will be a case of "cant be bothered"! They will be literally assigned any job, carrying out multiple tradesman duties. Really quite something to have all the skills required wouldn't you say?
