Incompetence
Three and 1/2 weeks have gone by and only one of my wife's glasses came in. Not only it took a long time and one other glass is missing, but the prescription was wrong. The person that placed the order did not measure and used an old measurement to submit the order. The employee was upset that I was not happy with the time it took to get the glasses after two follow up calls from us. They are totally incompetent and are more focused on hiring people based on DEI than merit. Each of the last three years we have had a delay problem with them. We will no longer use them.
