This company is one of the best that I have ever delt with. They have brought out a new product, and I was having a problem getting it to work.
Ricky Ma, one of their consultants had me fixed and up and running in the shortest time. Great company.

The Winx DVD Ripper Platinum software works extremely well for DVDs for which I was unable to find any other solution.
Also, when I had a problem with it, their support team got involved immediately and helpfully and stayed with it until the problem I had was completely solved.

This is about the video converter, which I used when I need to have consistent video files for the editor I use to make a family DVD

I've been using WinX dvd ripper platinum for years and it's the best investment I've made to digitalized my dvd collection. Now my dvd are safely store in boxes and won't be scratched by loading, unloading, etc. I keep adding new ones I buy at the store without any problems with my lifetime licence letting me upgrade anytime new version is available. Contact during holidays customer service for reinstallation on my new computer (reset the licence) and got an answer in less than 24 hours.

Incurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler. Contacted Support by e-mail over the New Year period not expecting any response until the end of the holidays. Contact continued into New Years Day and the problem was solved (as simple as updating my GPU Drivers so probably down to me). What can I say but service beyond expectations. Incidentally I've found the Win X family of products excellent to use and this was the first issue I've had over those six years.

The tool quality is normal. But the customer support and overall service is poor. In the website it's mentioned 30 day money-back guarantee which made me to buy a yearly subscription, yet within 30 days you can't cancel the subscription.

Why promise and lie? It's better be open and transparent with the users which will benefit both parties.

I had a problem, self inflicted I'm afraid to admit, but support was able to put me on the right track and problem solved.

WinXDVD is a great product and customer service is brilliant.

I had a recent quite difficult problem with the app but Ricky Ma from Winxdvd replied very fast, with detailed but easy to understand instructions on how to fix it.
Problem solved . He also followed up to make sure everything was ok.

I've been using Winx HD Video Convertor for years and more recently Winx DVD Ripper. Both have been excellent, easy to use products. But after a HDD failure, needed to contact Customer Support. I was amazed to have all my questions answered within 24hrs at worst and within minutes at best. Winx have been very helpful and that's icing on the cake. Thank you!

This is such a great company and such a great piece of software. The software does what it says it does and the company stands behind it. The few times I've had issues, I sent an e-mail to their customer service link and wow - they actually returned my e-mail w/in 24 hours! Stunned. And they've also resolved my issue. Not once did they say sorry, nope, not happening. I love this company - I've bought every single one of their products.

WinX is a perfect company and a reputable company. I have been working with this company for almost 8 years. Of course I have a few minor problems due to soft problems, but I am very satisfied with the support. I have found an employee named: Ricki Ma is a great one 👍 Man.
