NO REFUND OR VOUCHERS DUE TO ILLNESS
I booked tickets for 27/12/2024, unfortunately, we all became ill with a Virus and are unable to attend. Virus so we are unable to travel.
I emailed Winterglow at Malvern, advised them of the situation and asked for a refund or vouchers, their reply was NO.
Company very inconsiderate, they would prefer us to come to the indoor and outdoor event with our Virus which may spread. As at 30/12/2024, we are all still too ill to travel so we are still unable to attend on 31/12/2024 which is the last day of the event.
MY ADVICE DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE AS THEY NOT FLEXIBLE AT ALL.
