WARNING: DDP Breach - Damaged shipment refused, machine resold, €6,200 withheld!
Paid €6,200 for a high-precision laser machine (DM60P) under DDP terms. Upon arrival, the shipment was severely damaged and was officially documented as refused based on the carrier’s recommendation, which was duly followed.
Despite this, nearly two months have passed without a refund being issued. I was later informed by my contact, Sherry, that the machine had already been returned and resold, yet my payment is still being withheld by Winkonlaser.
To make matters worse, Sherry attempted to introduce a €1,000 “shipping deduction” that was never part of our agreed terms.
This situation raises serious concerns regarding contractual compliance and business practices. I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution and would not recommend this company.
