Opened my account everything fine when you deposit there happy to take your money. Finally got a little win and went to withdraw and BANG account closed email sent to me saying i failed security checks having had no correspondence before this. Closed account when I withdrew.. scam?
Deposited over £400, they took that fine. When I actually won and requested a £1500 withdrawal, BANG ACCOUNT CLOSED I’ve had no email requesting documents, if they are that concerned why not do this when people deposit large sums of money? I get the same automated response from live chat too!
I have took it upon myself to send in all documentation and would like this matter resolved asap as it’s getting too frequent where gambling sites take your deposit but find a delay in paying out
