Gill completed a Full level 3 survey for us just before Christmas. When we needed to reschedule, he was incredibly flexible and understanding and still managed to turn the report around in a week. The report was thorough and as expected but what really helped us in assessing the scale of the work to be done was the kind and clear way Gill ran through the issues with us at the property as part of the survey and the huge range of detailed photos (particularly those captured of the roof). Would highly recommend for both the customer service and the detail of the report.

Excellent service from Winfields in Exeter. We needed a RICS survey on our house and the the procedure couldn't be easier. Made a booking with a lovely lady on the phone for the following week, got a visit from Tom who was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered useful information, and the report was received very promptly afterwards. A very professional service. We had a building survey done and the reporting & photography was excellent, particularly the drone footage helped us see all of the property. I cannot fault Gil & Donna at Winfields and would use them again.

Gil performed a level 2 survey for us on a property we're hoping to buy. The property is in need of extensive renovation (which we were obviously aware of ) even so he uncovered a big problem with root ingress and damaged drains which we are now in the progress of discussing with the vendor. Cant thank him enough as this would have been a massive problem for us financially if undiscovered until we had purchased the property. If this property doesnt work out for us we'll definitely use Winfields when we find another.

Quick to instruct, I found the whole experience easy and without any issues.. I was impressed with the service from the Team in Exeter. The Team quickly setup the survey and attended site and completed a comprehensive internal and external survey. The report is detailed and contained supportive advise on ongoing and future works.
