Shocking Customer Service
Bought a brand new electric cooler box yesterday, open it and the lid had snapped off its hinges .
I immediately contacted customer services, they were no help whatsoever . They passed the buck to the shop it was purchased from
Extremely terrible after sales and customer service .
I can 100% recommend nobody to buy anything from Winfields Outdoors Ltd.
