This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had with a business. They messed up our order, had incorrect information on their website, and couldn’t care less about fixing either. Every interaction was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful — like they were doing us a favor just by responding. The staff talk down to customers and act like you’re the problem for asking basic questions. To top it off, nothing came with an owner’s manual, and when we asked about it, we got attitude instead of answers. It’s clear customer service isn’t a priority here — just arrogance and excuses. We spent thousands of dollars with them, received the wrong products and they will take no accountability. Shop elsewhere.

Completely dishonest. Before ordering a 5200.00 semi automatic corking machine I was assured that it would come set up to cork 375 ml bottles as this is the only bottle size we use. Five months after ordering we received the corker and it came set up to cork only 750 ml bottles. I was then told it would cost 200.00 for the conversion parts and 150.00 air freight to get them here. I then went directly to the manufacturer in Italy, Enolta Mapan, to tell them about the problem with the distributor. They had obviously already spoken with the distributor and told me I could only work with that distributor. They wouldn't even send the parts directly to me. I ended up filing a complaint with the State of Washington. Please, take my advice, don't ever order equipment through Winemakers Depot and don't ever order anything manufactured by Enolta Mapan.
