I got an email straight back saying this was not a problem the following day I got a phone call just to confirm the change. The following,yes the following day I received my purchase. Just purchased an 80year old bottle of wine for a novel gift for my father. Ordered on Saturday and it was delivered on tuesday morning. I made a mistake and forgot to order a wine stopper in same order, contacted them and they got back via email quickly to say order the wine stopper separately and they would refund the postage as they would put in same shipment. Which they did. Great service. I can't comment on the quality of the wine as it has not been tried although it was really bought for the novelty value. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

I ordered a bottle of 1975 bottled wine 4 weeks ago to be delivered for a 50th birthday party yesterday. It never arrived but a note from DHL to say delivering today a day late. Wholly unacceptable especially as l way ahead of the birthday. Despite numerous emails to Wine Dancer asking where it was way into the evening l have not even had the courtesy of a reply or apology. A birthday surprise ruined.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the gift box was damaged on arrival. I contacted Winedancer, they replied that evening & a new box was dispatched the next day. Great products & customer service.

I ordered an expensive bottle of port as a Christmas gift having considered it on their web site for several weeks. It was very competitively priced so I telephoned them to make sure it was what I thought and that the photo was of the actual bottle. The person I spoke checked and confirmed it was and recommended I should complete my purchase on line. I did just that only to receive a short and unapologetic email a day later to say it had “ just been sold” and I was being refunded. I appreciate sometimes stock on line can be wrong, but that was not the story here. Just sold elsewhere or simply sold too cheaply and cancelled? Very suspicious so avoid.

Ordered on a Friday for Saturday delivery and called on Monday to say I hadn't received it. Was helped by Lee who had actually already sent an email that I had missed. He helped me find a new bottle and had it delivered within 24 hours. Could not have been more helpful and friendly.

I bought a 1963 sixpence bottle stopper a couple of months ago as a 60th birthday present, and it was so lovely that I’ve bought a 1953 one for my uncle’s forthcoming 70th.
Both items arrived in good time, and there was a slight problem with the first one that was dealt with quickly.
The service I’ve had from them has been excellent and they respond to, and resolve, queries quickly - which is the true measure of a good business!

Following telephone a conversation my order was processed to my exact requirements and safely delivered the following working day. I can’t recommend highly enough
