Wont stop SPAMMING

I have ordered once with them, and they have since ignored any request from me to be deleted of their mailing lists. I am pretty sure this violates german/EU law.

Awful customer service

I had bought from Wine in Back for a number of years.
If everything runs okay then they are fine but the moment a problem occurs and you contact the customer service it becomes an awful experience

They are zero help and seem to use ChatGPT to generate their replies

Great wines, let down by DHL delivery

Firstly, WiB has consistently excellent selection of wines, even more so now that you have added the Ridge California wines. The problem on this occasion was delivery. DHL have become particularly lazy in Berlin. I knew that I was in trouble when I saw they had scheduled my delivery on a Friday afternoon. Despite the fact that we stayed at home to receive it, they took it to a packshop. Now I am 70 years old, and fetching wine from a packshop is not really feasible unless I can find parking right outside. Fortunately, I managed to persuade DHL to schedule another delivery. But I do suggest that you stop using their services. We get the best service from DPD and Hermes.
