Order not despatched as per phone call

Ordered online and rang to confirm despatch and delivery. Told despatch Thursday and Friday delivery. Order was not despatched on Thursday due to high volume of orders. Despatched Friday via UPS for Tuesday delivery, but unable to change delivery date to a day when someone in to accept delivery. Very frustrating.

I was very impressed at the speed that the order was processed and dispatched. I was kept informed by the company at each stage of the process. Extremely efficient company and the item I brought was very competitively priced.

Good Helpful Company

Have used them a few times before. Very easy to order on line, they keep you informed throughout the process.
