Puyallup location is nasty, filthy and gross. The floors are sticky and the fruit is old and close to expiring. The parking lot is a pig stye. Garbage everywhere. The crew that picks up the empty buggies is the laziest of them all. They sit outside on their butts doing basically the bare minimum. They don't even take the garbage out of the buggies when they put them back up for use. I found two dirty diapers in one, almost every buggy has garbage in it. How incredibly unsanitary and lazy. Employee owned? Employee neglected. Not to mention the general staff attitudes are not good, more standoffish and grumpy. I've been shopping here for years. This location has gone downhill more and more every year. Filthy facility. I'll shop elsewhere.

I wasted money on 2 watermelon's. I don't know who you get them from, but they were total mush inside, and one had hollow mush with about 2 inches of water melon inside. First time seeing one hollow like that, that was weird. You need to change who you get them from. It's as bad as the ones I got from Walmart's, that was an experience in it's self. I won't buy a watermelon from them anymore. 2 years in a roll of bad watermelon's. Now I can't trust buying from here.

WinCo reports that they are open 24-hours a day. Well, the store is open, but the aisles are just not accessible. Stock clerks had six aisles of the store completely closed for stocking. Accessibility for anyone with a disability is non-existent.
At one aisle that blocked my exit to THE cashier stand that was open, I was told that I would have to "go around". The 'go around' amounted to about 100 yards of extra real estate that I would have to cover to get to the only checkout option available. When I went to the store shortly after 1:00AM, I was using a cane due to problems with my knee. Therefore, I REALLY did not relish the idea of adding 100 yards to my trip to the cashier. Eventually the stock clerk grudgingly moved one of his shopping carts full of stock so that I could barely get through at all.
Why bother to be open 24-hours if you don't want CUSTOMERS to use the store? At that time of the morning, a customer is the lowest form of life in the store.

Just love Winco, here in Tulsa Ok. there isn't a lot of competition to Walmart but Winco holds their own here. I found Rockstar energy drinks for .98c ea. and their meat sales are good but mostly they have lots of checkers and the help there, whenever I need something, is the greatest. Thumbs up.

We’ve been shopping in the Medford Oregon winco for 15 years now, and will continue to.
The prices are great, across the board. The store is always well stocked. Busy checkstands with not enough being staffed for the amount of customers. But basically the line goes pretty quick.
Too bad the neighborhood is super rough. It’s a tough crowd and a super sketchy area of town. That’s not Winco’s fault, just unfortunate.
We go there because you can buy a lot of groceries (and there’s a huge variety) at a great price.
my main complaint is that there is zero customer service at this Winco. If an employee looks at you, it is definitely not a friendly look. my wife has noticed it too. Remember, we’ve been shopping here 15 years. Really annoyed and preoccupied employees. And there is zero customer service. I can just hear some employees saying “what do you want us to do, go around saying Hi to everyone?” Well, at least acknowledge customers and make sure they’re finding everything all right! And smile!

To sum it up, shopping at Winco is a tough experience, and we’re always happy to get out of there. Definitely doesn’t have to be that way

Cashier Lisa at store #167 is the primary reason for me even going there. I am a Senior citizen and disabled. Not always does my day go well. Lisa has made the difference from just being nice. To a warm hug.
I always go to her check out because of this. I get tired of unfriendly stores really quick.
She is quick. Polite. Compassionate. Understanding and she listens to people and has empathy.
The store manager Johnathan is always polite to me when I notice something off.
Thank you Lisa for always making my day. Everyday that I come. Which is usually every other day.

Although the price on the milk was less than Walmart and Fry's, the milk had only 3 days left before expiring. I didn't notice until I got home, my bad! The milk I bought at Fry's a week ago was still good until Nov. 12th. the Winco milk I bought on Nov. 3rd expired on Nov. 6th.
Make sure you check expiration dates at Winco ON EVERYTHING!

That's why I'm sending this! I don't know if the potatoes are cut to big or there to many! Also the taste is very bland! Your competitor s product lacks your value and price but surpasses your product in taste!

I shopped here with my mom and now as an adult with my children. The prices are amazing and the product are so diverse. The isle have so much room and its always spacious! Love winco

My wife and I filled our cart and went to a cashier to pay. The line was getting long and they only had One single person at the checkout lines. We decided to go to the self checkout area and started scanning our items. We kept getting stopped and had to get help to continue with our scanning. The woman pointed up at a sign that said 15 items only that looked like one of the other thousand signs in the store and we didn't notice it. We got fed up and just left our cart filled with groceries behind. The woman that had to clear the check out machine was not very friendly and pointed out that rules are rules. "Put a damn sign where people are entering these self check outs so they can notice them better rather then hanging them up high as the sign was telling us 15 items only.

They Had Done It In Other Stores and Got Away, But This Store Due To Employees Diligence Keen Eye Caught Them and Winco Decided to Terminate This Employee while he got hurt physically in the process of the Stop And Went As Far As To Not Report it To Concentra Sly... Family Owned - Who's ?

The positives: they are open 24 hours a day. Great prices. The negatives is that the late nite/early morning shift failed to honor a manufacture's coupon for "buy two 20 oz Pepsi's get a free 16 oz Rockstar". The cashier was wrongfully told by two managers, a blonde whose name I did not get, and a guy named Ed, not to honor the coupon and that WinCo takes WinCo's coupons. The cashier, Amanda, believed them even though I have documentation from WinCo's policies that it does not have to be a WinCo Coupon, a manufacture's coupon is OK under certain rules (and the coupon met all the rules). I was told a no trepass order would be written against me if I came back to this WinCo location. As a result, I obtained, seven coupons, went to all Wincos located in Cache, Davis, Weber and Salt Lake Counties. All 7 of them honored the WinCo Coupon. I have reported this by certified mail, return receipt requested, with all documentationa and cash register receipts to the WinCo headquarters at Boise

There is an blonde hair lady who is a cashier was watching me at self checkout when I was paying for my items I was the only person she was watching at self checkout and keep in mind there was already someone who is working self checkout . She Thinking I was going to steal or not scan my items she was supposed close to me literally behind me. So I won’t be shopping at winco unless she’s not working the day I go in. I felt uncomfortable

I shop at Winco because the store has good pricing and products. But there's always some employee who does something rude to spoil my shopping experience. Today it was an old guy who starting whistling while I was selecting vegetables. Sometimes I'll get employees signing "don't worry, be happy". Last week, an employee started sweeping the floor within a foot in front of me (vegetable department again). When I left the store today with my groceries, a male and female employee pair followed me within a foot behind me and made me so uncomfortable I stopped so that they would pass. I am a person of color and feel these behaviors are acts of racial hostility. I am not a homeless person, a thief or a drug addict. I am a former school bus driver now retired. I have worked hard all my life and do not appreciate being crowded or "tweeted" at by song singers and whistlers. I could write pages documenting rude behavior. I have lived and worked in Bremerton for 15 years, and have shopped at Bremerton Winco since the time it opened. The products are good. But I really wish the employees would show some respect and act like they appreciated there jobs.

Winco is an amazing store It sells cheap and yummy food The one thing That I don't like about WinCo is that it doesn't accept Credit cards. But that's not a big problem. The Winco Employes are Nice, and kind when I first time came to the store they made me a little Guide where is what kind of food and other stuff Etc.

I enjoy Winco for their prices, bulk selection, and consistency. I have to admit it is hard to keep fresh produce and food perfect all of the time with logistics, weather, and changing seasons. But I think they do a pretty good job. A company with no frills but pass the savings on to you. Great job and will continue to shop there.

They have a greater variety of products than any store in the Kitsap County Washington area, The prices are lower than the other stores as well. They do not accept credit cards only debit cards.

The management is very competent and they will actually bring on products you but sometimes if they don’t already have them. The staff are much more friendly and helpful than other stores.I do wish there were way more natural foods though, because of all the sucrulose/corn syrup poison in food we can’t get most things here but we always get what we can at Winco fist. The prices are definitely the best and they are all around far superior to wallworld, kroger, albertsons, brookshires etc
