Waited almost three weeks but absolutely satisfied; rugged build and waterproof design held up exceptionally well during several challenging outdoor adventures recently.

I waited a bit longer than anticipated for delivery but once it finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Impressed with durable material quality and sturdy feel, fits comfortably and holds up well so far during outdoor tasks—solid pick if you can handle waiting three weeks for shipping.

Really appreciate how durable and practical this item turned out to be. Its waterproof fabric feels reliable during outdoor activities and the functional design facilitates easy adjustment. Could use more color options for better versatility, but overall, its comfortable and thoughtfully designed.

this company is spam , i made 2 order from them and until now more than 2 months didn't received ant thing, the use delivery program to do this

After 2 months I finally received the pants. Was looking forward to it. I go through lots of pants as a cabinet maker. Unfortunately, the fit and finish of these pants are terrible. They look like someone made them in their basement with cheap material. They look nothing like was you see on their add. If I can't return them they are going straight to the burn pile.

Ordered a set of lights which weren't the set I was originally expecting. Got to be something done about the false advertising. The lights you get are on photo 16 of 20 and so unless you skip through all of the photos you don't see what you're actually getting. The lights on the first 15 photos are from another company and much better quality. I got false tracking information stating the item was being delivered from the USA when in fact in was coming from a small warehouse in Slough.
Item arrived but was faulty. 4m of the 20m of lights did not light. I complained and was offered $4 as compensation. After a few emails they decided to send another set of lights out. These took much longer to arrive and when I've then come to install them I've found only 10m of the 20m of lights now work. Complained again but now been told it's too late for anything to be done other than return to China at my expense and they'll refund me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CHEAP IMITATION GOODS.

Cheap rubbish goods - nothing like what was advertised on the screen and no help from them (Or Paypal) whatsoever.
Please, please, please keep your money in your pockets, or pay that bit extra in your own country and avoid this type of organisation who are the reason the phrase Chinese Tat was invented

I was silly and brought without reading reviews. Christmas lights is the newest I paid $145 aud for them as what is advertised look brilliant I got a string of lights you would probably buy for around $5. Nothing like advertised. It took 3 weeks to get them. Have sent complaint emails numerously and offering $13USD to stop my complaint. I have sent complaint through to IPCEN as this is so wrong. DO NOT BUY from this company

Got these for a trip, functionality meets comfort nicely. Slightly stiff initially, more color options would be appreciated.

I recently purchased this belt and shorts combo. Design-wise, it’s quite solid and sleek. Took three weeks to arrive, packaging was okay. Quality is good, but could be more affordable.

Ordered the christmas lights as they look great for what i need, but got something crappy and nothing like the advert. emailed company and they offered a $7 refund for my problem in which i said no as the item was not worth $145 that i paid. emailed back no and they are now not replying to anything

Ordered 100ft of permanent outdoor self adhesive gutter lights , what I received was a cheap set of string lights that were 65ft , they came with no power plug ,I paid via PayPal, when contacting the company the customer service was useless and quite rude. I was told I would have to return the lights to China, they were supposed to be from America, that I would also have to pay return costs and as it was expensive I might aswell keep the lights , I have escalated this issue with PayPal but they have been just as useless , I don't see how I can be made to pay return costs when I have been completely conned , I ordered 100ft and received 65ft , no power plug and ni way of putting them up , absolutely disgusted that these people can falsely advertise a product they have no intention of sending out and they ate still getting away with it , AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

I wish I could give a zero or minus review. I spotted an advert from this company on Facebook for permanent outdoor lights. Ordered two sets and started receiving message from a delivery tracker. Last message was 28th Oct 2024 and saying at USA customs bit weirdly they arrived at my UK address the next morning and I suspect had not come from USA bit a UK address.

The lights looked nothing like what they advertised and were a cheap looking string type light, had no way of securing as per advertised, lead to first light was a couple of inches at best which meant they weren't suitable for outside and there was no plug.

I contacted the company and they requested images which I sent. They the offered me a $3 goodwill payment which I declined as I wanted full refund. They then offered a $5 goidwill payment and said what I received was correct. I declined this also. They then said if I wanted to return lights I would have to send to a warehouse in China at my cost despite claiming lights came from USA.

Issue still not resolved.

I even sent images of what they had advertised.

Do not buy anything from this company they will just rip you off.

Considering going to trading standards and getting them involved.

Overpriced junk. This is not the set you see with the little square box for each light. It's just a thin string of lights.

Scammers! Leaked my card details to third parties. I did not receive the purchased item. Stay away from these scammers

Terrible decision to buy the govee -like lights that they actively advertise. The day I received my order after waiting over 3 weeks, and I received 14 tiny boxes of some sort of string lights that are made of speaker wire. Right away I contacted them via email (the only way) and asked for a refund or replacement. they offer a $3 refund to keep the garbage. My original invoice was $218 they charged my card for $251. They did, however credit me back the $32 difference but say it’s too costly to send back. They then offered to refund me $6 instead. This is a scam ripoff company probably operated out of some Middle East sweat shop. Don’t order!!

as Permanent Outside lights. What came was cheap light that are No way permanent and charged $67 asked to return and they offered a measly $6 then $12 when I said were they having a laugh at $6.
They then said it would cost too much to return, they are selling cheap nasty crap not the lights advertised then basically refusing to take the return or refund,AVOID at all costs they are scamming people out of their hard earned cash and refusing refunds

I decided on this purchase cautiously, and it did not disappoint. After what felt like an eternity—three weeks, to be precise—it finally arrived, neatly packaged. The design is clean and functional, exactly meeting my expectations without being too flashy. Definitely a purchase Id consider repeating.
