Totally devoid of Bergamot flavour!

We recently purchased a pack of 40 Earl Grey Tea Bags, to try out this make. We have been drinking Earl Grey for over 55 years and I can say with confidence that Wiltshire's was by far the most disappointing we've ever tasted. We could hardly discern an hint of Bergamot when opening the packet and the tea, when brewed, was totally devoid of even the slightest Bergamot flavour.

Thank for your review. Unfortunately had you contacted us at the time, we could have looked into this for you. As it happens, there was a temporary change to the tea which has now been reversed to the original blend, which our customers have enjoyed for many years.
