Blatantly lied to.
Placed an order last night. Got a voicemail this morning saying there was a problem. Eventually spoke to someone in the Greenock branch who told me it was Kimberley who was dealing with the order but she was busy, hang up and someone would get back to me. I then get a txt saying my order had been cancelled, no explanation. Phoned straight back and Kimberley answered and told me my order hadn’t been cancelled it was the wrong address and my order would be sent out. When I asked why it said it had been cancelled I was told it wasn’t cancelled although I was looking at the txt whilst speaking to her. I have used Wiltshire farm many times but I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on. Just be aware, keep all correspondence when dealing with them.

Roast dinners
I find roast potatoes soggy and sometimes the meat is tough and doesn’t always taste like it should. There is never enough gravy which can make the meal dry.
