I ordered the Shawn Michaels vest and it was exactly as advertised and better quality than I expected. There was a little delay with shipping but the communication was great, any time I asked questions. They responded to my emails quickly and gave me assurance about my order and what the status was. When the the order was shipped, it arrived very quickly. I’m super happy with my purchase. Great quality vest/jacket.

I ordered some clothing to Austria, and the quality is absolutely superb—I truly enjoy wearing it. The company's customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with the delivery service, and the team resolved it perfectly. Thank you so much! I will definitely be ordering from you again.

If I could give no stars I would this is the refund policy on the website states if you are not satisfied with the item then there’s no problem - then they start negotiating making you feel bad that they’re not making a profit, absolutely 💯 don’t go near them 😡

When I reached out to cancel the order, the company instead expedited the shipment and ensured it arrived well before my event. I really appreciated the quick response and the extra effort to make it right.

Because I requested that the jacket I ordered be delivered to my hotel, the salesperson specifically arranged the delivery to match my arrival time so that I could receive it smoothly. The jacket is of good quality, and the packaging was also done with great care.

The jacket I ordered was great. I really love the design and the quality. The customer support team was also very supportive and responsive. The product is the worst quality I have ever seen. It was supposed to be a jacket. At best it is a thin sweater. Shockingly bad. I demanded a refund. They offered 10% or I must return it to the warehouse in China????

I ordered a $109 jacket and paid the $25 shipping. The jacket was nothing like the picture and when I asked to return it I was offered a $20 partial refund without returning it. I declined the offer and then got an $85 refund which I accepted. Then I got a bill from UPS for shipping. I feel the company has deceptive practices regarding shipping.

To be honest I wouldn’t give even one star ! This company are a scam company in China the product shown is not what you get. You get sent some cheap tat that’s worthless then they offer a 10% refund on a product you never wanted and certainly wouldn’t wear. Beware they’re scammers !

I bought from their website what was described as a thick, warm winter cardigan. The picture showed a good quality woollen item.
OMG when it arrived!! It was mailed directly to me here in the UK from Pakistan. It was basically a cheap nylon bomber jacket with a woollen design printed badly onto the nylon surface. It is probably the cheapest, nastiest thing I’ve ever seen or owned. It didn’t even fit me. The company offered a part refund (I refused) and urged me to ring them (in the US) but I refused. I have been well and truly swindled. Avoid this company at all costs. I actually felt bad donating it (unworn) to a charity shop.

I ordered my item and it was only after doing so I read the reviews and became a little concerned. Some reviews described this company as a scam. I have no idea why! My item arrived 3 weeks after ordering and I was given a FedEx tracking number and I followed its progress right up until it was delivered. The item looks great and I’m really pleased. Given some of the reviews I wasn’t expecting much but the product and service was 1st class. Genuine review.
