If I.could give zero stars I would. This company is horrible! These wigs are costume wigs at best, I don't even think I would wear them for costumes they are horrible. You also can't get your money back!

This company is Awful! I ordered a non custom wig and a month later it still has not arrived.
The customer service is Pitiful and tracking is pretty much Non Existent.
I've yet to see the quality as ......I Haven't Received it.

This review for WigSis should be a zero but I have no option but to leave a one star. First of all, please please do not order from this company if you want to avoid all the heartache as a consumer. You will regret ordering from them. I lost practically the money I spent on the wig I ordered. I was not aware of this in the beginning but the company is a Chinese company and you will not find this info on their website. This is where your wig will be shipping from. The return shipping to China is astronomical. You will end up with less than half the money you spent on the wig. The wig I received was not worth $125. It did not look like the picture on their website and the style was completely off. It was basically a cheap quality wig you can get for $20 on Amazon! The business is not in to serving people with high quality wigs. They are in to taking advantage of unaware buyers that are scammed into purchasing and once that happens, there is no way you will get 100% of your money back because you would have spent it all on return shipping leaving you with a worthless unwearable wig. Please thoroughly do your research before buying anything online. If its directly from China, avoid at all cost.

This is a terrible company to order from. The product isn't what you order and they will not give you an address to return it. Please do not order from them. May17,2023

do not buy from this site they are scammers; I bought a wig and received a completely different one (cut, color, material) and requested a refund the same day; my lawyer has already proceeded to proceed with the refund procedure as to date I have not yet received return confirmation!| they are incompetent

Biggest rip off ever! Wig was darker than I wanted. I wanted my money back or a lighter color. They said I should just try it, I bet I would like it. REALLY? Big run around. I'm out over 140.00 hard earned dollars!

Got scammed
Got scammed! After waiting 5-6 weeks for the package (EXPEDITED) to arrive, wig was nothing like the picture of what I ordered, it was more like a $10 costume or Halloween wig you would get at a drugstore. Paid $130 and could not return or get a refund! Read BBB reviews before ordering, They are still trying to get me to take 40% refund, that I may never get BTW.!

What a scam! Real human hair wigs? Not at all, sent the wrong color, style looks absolutely nothing like what they've shown online and are 100% uncooperative when you want to return the merchandise. They want me to pay for return shipping for a mistake THEY made. Product looks as if it's shipped from New Jersey, yet they want it returned to mainland China, despite they company is based in Hong Kong. Dishonest, manipulative and even lying to my credit card company who investigated for me. $116 worth of hassle times 25! What a disaster - take my advice, don't buy from them.

Buyer BEWARE!! I never got my order and just received demand for return of merchandise or pay money because I initiated a refund through my bank for non-receipt. Hellooo??? I didn't get anything and the only help I got was an 800 number for USPS because they show it as delivered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I ORDERED A WHITE WIG AND GOT A BLONDE ONE. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY OR EXCHANGE IT AND WILL NOT GIVE ANY CONTACT INFO TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP !

I been trying to get the address so I can return the wig I ordered!! They are ignoring me and are refusing to refund my money!! The wig is horrible!! And I am very disappointed!! My rating is really a zero instead of one star!!! Take my advice and don't order from them!!

This is the classic company where you have to hope to be lucky.
When there are no issues, the wigs are ok, the service however is sketchy, and on top of that, when they make a mistake, they do not offer valid salutone, nor follow the law regulating e-commerce activities.

I bought 6 wigs through the years,the last purchase I received a purple wigs( I ordered brown). There is no reasoning with them, they are always right, and apparently they are content with loosing faithfull clients who also promote them locally.

In my opinion the wigs are ok but there are many other companies out there doing the same, often better.

Will not recomend, not risonable, not reliable. No wonder they advertise all the time for new clients, they can not take reasonable care of existing ones.

Company simply refuses to cancel an order, no way to remove your financial information once entered. Terrible experience PayPal needs to shut them down.

Ok. Time to put them out of business. Receiving our hard earned money for garbage. I’m contacting BBB.
Either they shape up or get lost!!!

After waiting 7 weeks for my wig I received a smelly wig that didn’t resemble what I ordered or fit. When I contacted customer service to return it they advised it was a custom fit order and to try the adjustable strap which were supposed to be Velcro and were hooks which wouldn’t stay in place instead. They then became unresponsive to my requests for a return address and refund. I ended up spending an additional $100 to repair the wig which had 4 rows of wefting that wasn’t sewn in and was coming out of the wig. The cap had to be taken in in 2 inches (I ordered a petite) and it was very big and bulky. The picture showed a fine straight pixie and I received a heavy curly mess. They’ve been totally unresponsive and after a few trips to my local wig salon and spending more money they have repaired, thinned and cut it to look similar to what was ordered but couldn’t get the curl to straighten correctly or they would ruin it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

That was not the wig I ordered this company is a rip off

The wig wasn't terrible, it was just not exactly like the picture. It was supposed to be wavy, but it was straight. Nevertheless it looked pretty good. The delivery took forever, coming from China, so don't be misled by 2-4 days. Think more in terms of 2-4 months!

They won’t send you the date for waiting shipping. They won’t tell when the ordering will be shipped. They only said that It is in the production, in two or three days to complete. You will wait till unknown date shipping. Don’t waste the money and your time to buy the hair here. Come to visit the hair local store for sure not losing your money.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The product is terrible! I ordered two wigs from this company, and I would be embarrassed to wear them as part of a Halloween costume! I have been trying for a month to return them and get a full refund, which their website promises, but no satisfaction. They have been giving me the runaround for a month. They are scammers! Stay very far away!

Wig received was not as shown. Company will not honor their return policy. Have been back and forth with them daily for the past five days and they won’t send a return address, just excuses about how expensive it is to make wigs and how I should keep the piece of garbage they sent.
