Stay away, I never received my item they took my money and I tried to message them they blocked me.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I asked to return three wigs that I bought that look nothing like what was illustrated online. I was offered 10% of what I paid and then I should keep the wigs. They said that the return would be to China and could get lost so I should take to a hair stylist and they can recreate what it shows in the picture online. I protested that then I couldn't return the items. So far I have gotten PayPal to step in. Not sure what will come of it, but I do not recommend you buy from Wigsis.

They do not honor their own published return policy. Customer service named Mildred offered me 50 for a 175 purchase, I refused so Wigsis sent numerous emails asking me to try on the wigs. Sent a statement saying they could only give me 10% now instead of 50. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WIGSIS.COM. Filing for refund with Better Business..and everywhere else I can

Do not order from this company. They are fraudulent. I ordered a wig from their website for $168.10 and what I got was nothing like the photo. Looked like costume babydoll hair. After several attempts to return for a refund I had to pursue other ways to get my money back. They will tell you you can return for a full refund but don’t believe them. It took me 5 attempts with them giving me the run around then it took me 4 months of going thru paypal and my credit card company to finally get my money back. Avoid them at all cost!

I ordered a wig from wigsis July 10 of 2024, received it in August. I WOULDN'T WEAR THIS WIG TO A DOG FIGHT. POOR ABSOLUTELY FAKE. THE WIG WAS OF POOR QUALITY, NOT SHAPABLE, LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE WAX!! PAID $233.00 for this scam. Giving me a hard time giving me my refund.Looks like that money went for more fake ads.PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

HORRIBLE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY . the wigs are not what is pictured nor is the quality . Terrible ! Won’t refund even though it clearly states you can . Do not buy from here . I have multiple emails going back and forth and they don’t respond with your issue .

The wig I ordered was darker than in the photo. When I reached out to return it, they told me to send them a photo of the wig, the tag, and the shipping package. I did so and received no response whatsoever. I should have read the reviews first.

Wig received was NOTHING like wig shown on website. Horrible quality, way too small even though marked as large. Company refused to refund on over $100 purchase - after weeks of emails agreed to only $30.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! Don't order from them. The wig I ordered looks nothing like what they sent and it is too small. I tried to return it and keep getting the runaround. They have a slick website, but don't fall for it!

I ordered a wig for a friend about to have brain cancer surgery to help her adjust. I received the MOST hideous Remy Human Hair wig imaginable. Not only was the quality of the hair awful, it was uncombable and unstylable. I notified the company immediately for a refund and am getting the run around. This company is a scam and should NOT be allowed to sell their products in the U.S.!

I have been reading the reviews after my bad experience. I ordered two wigs ( night impulse purchases). and correspondence has been awful. They gave me $70.00 off of $202.00 but I haven't received my wigs yet. I paid through PayPal and complained. I'm trying to look on the bright side.... Halloween isn't far away. A broomstick and a wig sounds like a plan.

OMG!! I should have read reviews before ordering. I have had the exact same experience as the others. The wig was NOT even close to the picture and trying to return it was impossible. PLEASE ladies do not order from this site. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

They don’t care if they sent you the wrong product. It’s clear that they only want you to continue to purchase and spend additional dollars with no guarantee they will actually get the right item sent. They even stated that they could send a stock wig …. so pretty clear that I would not be getting the wig that I ordered from the beginning and I might’ve received a stock wig to begin with. I don’t think they’re reputable company.

A few months ago I ordered a 157.00 wig. The picture was beautiful but when came it was awful, nothing like what I ordered. I asked for a refund and sent the wig back and it stayed held up in customs for weeks. The person kept trying to make different deals with me. This went on forever emails back in forth. I ended up getting $40.00 out of $157.00 and they got the wig too! Please do not order from them because they are in China and they will scam you! One star is a lot they don’t deserve that. I ordered human hair I got synthetic. I am putting it in the garbage. My fault for not checking the reviews. Please be smart don’t order the wigs. Order made in the USA only.

Pros: I ordered my wig on June 28th and got it on July 16th.

The cap construction, hair type, and hair color are accurate.

Pro/Cons: It does not look like the picture. It is much longer, thicker, and it is not styled. If you want it to look exactly like the website then you will be disappointed. I actually prefer this to the picture.

My Aunt is a hairstylist. She is going to wash it, and customize it to look and feel natural to me.

Have been going back and forth trying to return the wig. Its been 2 months and numerous emails. All I want is an address to return wig to. Its apparently going to cost me $20 to get that info. Not throwing good money after bad. I am so pissed off that I will take this to facebook re running this ad given the number of complaints against the company. Am also going to report to Chinese authorities to see what can be done in Country of Origin of this website. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a total fraud. After waiting 48 days for delivery the product I received was nothing close to what I ordered. They take pictures from Google to show product and then send some random junk that is nothing like what was ordered. Customer service is horrible. No tracking updates. Thank goodness American Express refunded my payment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE FRAUDS!! I ordered a human hair wig and they send a synthetic wig. They offered 35% of my money back and to keep the wig but what good does that do when they send me a $20 synthetic. Apparently, they do this to a lot of people so buyer beware!!!

I ordered 2 wigs. They were not what I ordered and did not even fit my head! After telling them I wanted to return the wigs and realizing I was getting nowhere, I decided I would take up their offer to send the wigs back and replace with 2 different wigs. I got scammed a second time when they sent me to a website different from the site I ordered the original wigs. The site looked like the Wigsis site. When I had the site pulled up the two wigs I ordered for exchange were on the page. When I hit the button to exchange the wigs it immediately charged me a second time. I immediately told them this was a mistake (within 10 minutes). They charged me, they wanted my money and once they got it they wouldn't be fair, courteous, business like, and scammed me for more. It costs me almost $70 to return the wigs. They have been sitting in Hefei China Customs since the beginning of May. Wigsis won't pick them up or call Customs to see what is holding them up. I am sure they don't want them back because they have no intention of refunding me. They also did not make the replacement wigs. So, at the moment I am out about $450 and have no product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. At this point the sites I had to deal with are WIGSIS and HAPPY QUEENS LIFE. The original wigs were ordered in February, it is now July. This has been a horrific experience.
