Company completely ripped me off and never had any intention of sending my wig. Sent me all kinds of notices [with tracking numbers that were fake] ensuring me that the wig was enroute. Then they said that they sent the package and I never received it. The customer service department are outright liars. I needed that wig and would have gladly paid $140 but they caused me nothing but grief. Then I had to contact my credit card company and get the $140 refunded. I was able to get my $140 back but you may not be as fortunate. DO NOT order from this company. Run away!

I ordered 2 wigs expecting well made
products according the the page websites.

-Immediately after sending the 2nd order I
requested a cancellation. The
correspondence I received was humiliating.
Instead of just cancelling, they continued to
offer % off discounts or refund amounts.
I finally agreed to keep the wig and get a $40
refund which I never received. The wig was
also not as described. The cap was not as
stated and was not human hair.

-Secondly, the other wig I ordered finally was
delivered and was not what the webpage
stated it would be. The cap was totally
Different nor was the hair actual human hair
which I expected. Again, correspondence
was the most humiliating. They sent an
incorrect wig and STILL would not
acknowledge the error or accept the return
wig. They continued, back and forth, trying
to justify the quality of the wig. It was not what I had expected to receive and I did not want it. Finally, I had to get PayPal involved. Wigsis finally, after 18 email exchanges, said I could return it, but, it would take a month to be received and could possibly get "lost" in the mail. I took that to understand that even if they did get the product back, they would say it never arrived and would not issue a
refund. Thanks so much for PayPal intervention.
This company is terrible to work with!!! The
products are substandard, product
webpages are deceitful and the return/refund
policy cannot be relied upon. Consumers
should beware of Wigsis!!!!!

Like so many others, I received a wig, but not the one I ordered. It was a Party City, Halloween. costume quality novelty wig, and I paid $125 for it!!!! Of course WIGSIS sent the wrong wig on purpose. And they have no intention of refunding my money; probably don’t even have the wig I ordered. What they do have is the audacity! They offered me a 10% refund and told me to go ahead and keep the wig. I mean what the hell do they care? I It’s worth like $10 anyway!!! They said I could choose ANOTHER “stock wig” and just send them ANOTHER $20 “for shipping”! They offered to “remake” the wig and wanted to charge me $55. They offered me 15%, and then $40. Why won’t they just apologize and send me the RIGHT WIG???? Because they don’t have it and never did! They have been scamming customers with this same scheme for years. They sent me a Chinese address and told me to go ahead and send the wig back but warned me that it would take a long time and cost ME a lot of money! Remember, they offered to send me a stock wig if I paid a $20 shippIng fee? They could send me a return shipping label. But they won’t. I paid $10 for shipping the first time; $20 is twice as much! But get this: The address they gave me in China was different than the place that supposedly sent the wig, and it was full of spelling errors. When I corrected it, Google showed me a cluster of HOTELS!!!!

Terrible company to deal with. I immediately contacted them for a refund and their return address. They have only given me a runaround for weeks. Now I have not heard from them since last week.

I was not satisfied with either of the two wigs I had received
They were still in original condition and not worn
I treated a return and refund
For many days I received messages trying to offer huge discount if I ordered another one instead of sending these back
I answered each time saying I wanted a refund
Eventually they stopped communicating altogether

Ordered 2 wigs on same order -- one for myself and one for my sister. I have ordered wigs online in the past and never had any issues, but the two wigs we received were not at all what was pictured or described. The fibers were unmanageable -- like a cheap wig you would buy to wear with a Halloween costume. The return policy was ridiculous - they'll give you $10 if you return the $140 item -- really wigsis? I should have read the other reviews before I ordered. I did find a wonderful website and have ordered a number of beautiful wigs from frannieshair.com.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Wigsis. First off the wigs that they deliver look very little like what you would expect it to look like. Very cheaply made. Then the worst part is these wigs come from China and trying to send it back for a refund won't happen. They will continue to argue with you until you give up. Now you are not only out of your money but have a wig you do not want. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

The wigs that I received do not resemble the photos on line. They are out dated and I am not sure that they are real human hair. I learned my lesson and will not buy wigs on line.

I purchased a wig o"n May 5. I have not received it. The tracking system is very complicated. I have no idea what carrier had/has the wig. While trying to track the wig I have been told that they tried to deliver it - untrue have door camera, then I was told it was out for delivering -still not sure who the carrier is. I am out $100.00 and no wig.I will never use this company again.

I ordered this wig exactly as pictured wigs-for-african-american-lace-front-12-platinum-blonde-wigs-skuaug24985 and received a shoulder length 1960's flip hairstyle. Buyer beware you may not get what you ordered. A zero rating is more accurate but you can't give zero stars.

This company is out of China, and I made a purchase and when proceeded to check out I received an e-mail it was from another company and it stated pay pal, I couldn’t track my purchase it directed me to pay pal, which I done even know how pay pal works it was stated another company not the website I ordered from I did report them they will do an investigation on this company , I will not order many more online there all companies from china and other countries, you don’t know who’s legit

I would give them a 0 star if I could. First of all, it took about a month or longer to get to me, which is not what was advertised (wig was ordered 4 weeks in advance of loosing hair). Then the wig arrived and was aweful and looked nothing like the image. It was hard to find reviews when I initially looked and wished I would have tried harder. The wig I ordered was human hair, blond with dark roots and shoulder length. The wig I got felt like hair of a barbie doll, solid YELLOW, very long and also was also too small to fit. I measured according to their website. When I tried to get my full refund, per their website instructions, I was given the run around for 2 weeks. They kept making small offers and wanting me to keep the wig. I was finally offered a full refund but had to pay tracked shipping which was well over $40 to ship back from the US to China. Ultimately, I decided to accept the small offer and just eat this one. By the time I pay shipping too, I'm going to be out of well over $100. I am a cancer patient and spent all the funds I could afford on this wig. I'm 7 weeks without hair now, thanks to their poor customer service and decietful business dealings. Lesson learned that something as important as this should be bought from a local store and the extra money spent will be well worth it. Shame on you!

The worst they completely give you the runaround until you get tired of dealing with them

This is a scam. Ordered a wig on March 25th and never received. No way to contact or track. Phone number and email are not legit. Trying to get a refund.

If I could give a 0, I would. They are a ripoff company. Sent whatever junk they found in their warehouse. Nothing like what I ordered. Had to pay shipping costs to get a refund. Stay clear of this scam company.

ZERO RATING! I can't tell you enough to STAY AWAY FROM WIGSIS. They are the worst ever. The wig I ordered was brunette with highlights and received a reddish blonde with no highlights.
I want to return it and it has been a nightmare! I am asking for a prepaid return shipping label and they are not cooperating and asking me to send it back to china. Very expensive on my dime. They are a scam or crooks or whatever you might want to call it.

Not any stars!!! I bought one wig. It was nothing like the picture representation on the website. It looked hideous. In the meantime I ordered a second. This was before the first one was received. When I received the first one, I immediately emailed wigsis explaining that I would be refusing the second wig. Long story short, after some back and forth, we settled on splitting the cost of the first order. However, they kept my money for the second order, which was unopened and refused via USPS. I contacted the BBB about both instances. I have yet to receive any refund for the second wig to date.

Oh my gosh, what a nightmare!!!! I just received the ugliest wig from this company. It looks like a mop sitting on my head. I am trying to get a refund and they want me to exchange it or accept a 10% refund. I wouldn't buy a dog biscuit from this company. I wish I had done a little more research into this seller and read reviews. Buyer remorse for sure!

Worst company ever, NEVER buy a wig from then. Soon as you request a full refund for a wig that you didnt order, they ghost you
