The shop offers great pricing and fast…
The shop offers great pricing and fast service 99% of the time.
However… I bought an M11 Plus which all went smooth till it had some minor issue with the usb C port. The product is barely out of warranty and best they can do is offer a 25% discount on a replacement. Don’t get me wrong I am happy with their services but this leaves something more to be desired as a long time frequent customer.

The wall bracket is on order for you from the supplier, but unfortunately they do not have stock of the product either. Because of this, we have to wait until they have stock again. I would like to make one remark only. For payment I used link "bank". The order was done. But I did not know that after I should connect with Wikimedia sales department and receive them bank data. So, I waited some more than I planned. But when I understood that, everything was fine.

Quick to ship and reply/handle requests
I made two orders and cancelled one with email, they were helpful and immediately did the cancellation and replied my email. Then I received the other (was a HiFi speaker set) quickly without any issues. I am enjoying the speakers quite a lot. A nice experience so far.
