THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! THEY HAVE HAD MY ACCOUNT AND FUNDS SUSPENDED SINCE MARCH 2021 WITH OVER $1,300 IN MY ACCOUNT! THEY HAVE ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT/BOT BY THE NAME OF JOVAN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS, THEIR PARTNER BANK (RADIUS BANK) ISNT EVEN AWARE OF WHO THEY ARE. THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBERS AND THE OFFICE MANAGER KRISTEN DEFEO IS A FRAUD!
I just started using Wicket and I love them!! I downloaded the app and within a week I got my debit card in the mail. It’s so easy to use and the app is so smart!! The app shows all my bank accounts in one place and I can see every item I buy!
Please do not bank with these people. I made a huge mistake of switching to them to try them out. They have insane limits! Limits so low they should be for child banking. If you have a decent amount of income this is not the bank for you and the customer service is deplorable.
