⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Fateha Is an Absolute Credit to the Company!

I visited the store today to pick up a few odds and sods for a home DIY project I’m currently working on. As is often the case with these projects, I had a list of bits and pieces I needed, but I was struggling to locate certain items around the store.

Thankfully, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful member of staff named Fateha, and I genuinely cannot praise her highly enough!

From the moment she began helping me, her friendliness, professionalism, patience and willingness to go the extra mile were nothing short of exceptional. She didn't simply point me in the right direction and leave me to it; she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I received the help I needed.

What impressed me most was her attitude. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another person walking through the doors. Her kindness, enthusiasm and dedication to providing outstanding customer service were truly refreshing.

In a world where excellent customer service can sometimes feel like a thing of the past, Fateha is a shining example of how it should be done.

I was genuinely astonished by the level of service I received, so much so that I felt compelled to take time out of my day to write this review. I don't often feel the need to leave reviews about individual members of staff, but on this occasion, I simply couldn't let such an exceptional experience go unrecognised.

To the management team: please ensure Fateha receives the recognition she thoroughly deserves. Employees like her are an absolute asset to any business, and her approach to customer service is something that should be celebrated and encouraged.

Fateha, if you happen to read this, thank you once again for your kindness, patience and exceptional assistance today. You made what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into an incredibly positive experience.

Katie was really helpful. Friendly and professional, helping us to decide the best plan for our small bathroom. We are now looking forward to installation.

Katie in the Kitchen & Bathrooms was exemplary she was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the service we from Katie and the team when she was on holiday. I would thoroughly recommend the Worcester team.

Jay Riley (Design Consultant) was fabulous. He's super switched on and a joy to work with designing our new bathroom. He's also a top bloke! We are so happy with the end result and the customer service throughout has been great. I must also shout out to our amazing fitter, Kat. His work is exemplary. We were told by other tradesmen working on the job that he is a perfectionist, and they weren't wrong. He's also another top bloke! Thanks for everything Wickes.

I would just like to thank Jay Riley, from the bottom of my heart for guiding me painlessly (well nearly!!) through the process of purchasing a new kitchen. I needed an expert and boy, did I get one! His knowledge shone through, he answered all my questions and nothing seemed too much trouble, making the process feel easy. What made our experience 5* - the service provided by our design consultant Jay.
Throughout the whole process of designing both bathroom and kitchen, Jay could not do enough to help us make our vision come to life. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it be changing the colour of the kitchen and swapping appliances and work surfaces (multiple times, sorry!) to actually mapping out our bathroom plan on the store floor in masking tape, to show how the design would best fit the room.
He was always extremely friendly, patient and all the changes we asked for were made with a smile - nothing ever seemed too much trouble!
Our bathroom project is completed (used our own installers) and is better than we could have ever expected. Our kitchen project is now in progress, and I'm sure will be just as good, if not better.
Huge thank you Jay - cannot thank you enough!

I came in this morning to buy a pot of paint, and the young guy who served me couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. He gave me good advice resulting in eventually mixing me up a paint which would satisfy my requirements and even managed to get me a discount. Outstanding service -thank you.

1 STAR – IF I COULD GIVE ZERO, I WOULD

AVOID WICKES BATHROOM INSTALLATION.

What an absolutely appalling experience.

I’d love to say the service has been terrible from start to finish, but THREE WEEKS IN AND WE’RE STILL NOWHERE NEAR THE FINISH.

From the moment we handed over our money, it has been one problem after another: incorrect and missing parts, damaged/poor-quality products, questionable design choices, delays, no site visits and an unbelievable lack of communication.

We have spent days calling and emailing trying to get answers. We are repeatedly passed from one person to another, told things will be looked into, promised contact — and then hear nothing.

Meanwhile, the rubble from the installation has been sitting on our driveway for over a week, despite us repeatedly asking when it will be removed as we are having the drive paved, which started on Monday.

Nobody appears to take ownership. Nobody seems to know what is happening. And WE are the ones constantly chasing Wickes to try to get the bathroom we have already paid for completed.

A bathroom renovation is disruptive enough without having to spend weeks fighting for basic communication and customer service on top of it.

We paid Wickes because we thought using a large, established company would mean a professionally designed, supplied and managed installation. We could not have been more wrong.

We are now escalating this formally.

Three weeks. No finished bathroom. Endless chasing. Problems still unresolved.

Save yourself the stress.

I genuinely wish we had never used Wickes.

Good experience in buying a kitchen. Katie was extremely helpful in choosing our colours, accessories, etc .. Kitchen still to be fitted but so far a good experience.

Katie was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of choosing to planning the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and she did everything she could to make sure we were making the correct decisions.

We brought our kitchen from Wickes in Worcester and we cannot praise the service enough. Excellent value for money, wonderful designs and well made products. We fitted it ourselves and had no problems with any of it, everything was there. The delivery was smooth and the communication was good. Katie, who was recommended to us, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Fantastic ideas and advice, we would strongly recommend Katie and Wickes to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Jay has taken me through the whole process and made everything clear. He designed a bathroom with the utmost care and with my specifications in mind. Jay guided me through everything smoothly. Highly recommended! His attention to detail was brilliant. Thank you.

I've just ordered our new kitchen from Katie Griffiths at wickes kitchen showroom worcester..Katie is fantastic she really did her very best to design our kitchen, I couldn't be more happy.
I thoroughly recommend that if you need a new kitchen then go and see Katie you won't be disappointed, she knows whats she's doing, very professional.

Adam voluntarily came and gave us much needed advice on paint selection. He was friendly without being pushy, and was very helpful and knowledgeable . Give that man a pay rise!

Easy to find what I wanted, plenty of stock of what I needed. Friendly staff and prompt service at the tills.

Katie who dealt with our design and buying what we needed was superb. She was very helpful with keeping within iur budget.

We visited Katie at Wickes Worcester on the Monday and we had bought a kitchen by the following Tuesday. She could see in my head exactly what I wanted and managed to bring it to life and within budget. This was important to us. She u understood our non negotiables and took time to get it right.

I have recently had a new kitchen fitted by Wickes, Worcester. I met Katie, Design Consultant, on my first visit and from that moment until the end of my project she made me feel she had my back. She listened to my needs, designed the kitchen, changed plans when asked, helped chase things when necessary and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as it could but mainly she was always contactable, always friendly and very patient. Thanks also to the contractors who did a fab job and, even though there were a few hiccups along the way, they always sorted the problems and went above and beyond.
