Millie our designer was great throughout the whole process from start to finish nothing was to much trouble for her we would definitely recommend her.

Went into Swindon store today, MELINDA was extremely helpful, help me sign up for my trade account as I don’t even know I could have one, process was easy, she was very polite and happy, nothing was too much.

I went into wickes the other day and have a great experience with Malinda excellent customer service couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She knew the store very well and was amazing at her job!

Having visited this store many times I can honestly say that Tony assisted me with loading my truck and was extremely helpful, not had that experience previously. Thank you Tony, you deserve a promotion for your professionalism and how helpful you were for me.

Went in seen to straight away by a really nice guy called Tony who ordered everything I needed and double checked everything, you don’t get that sort of service everywhere these days, and my order will be delivered on Monday you can’t ask for more many thanks Tony,

Melinda dealt with my enquiry about solar panels with a sense of urgency, she gave me the relevant leaflet explaining the process and organised
a call to further discuss a potential install. She was very positive and upbeat which was a refreshing change...

Really impressed with the customer service I received from Tony at Wickes.

I went in to purchase some bitumen shingles and, although the website showed 17 in stock, I could only find five on the shelf. I initially asked another member of staff and was told that what was on the shelf was all they had.

As the stock level seemed quite high, I asked Tony if there was any chance there could be more in the back. He took the time to go and have a proper look and managed to find the additional products for me.

I was really grateful for the effort he made, as otherwise I would have had to travel to another store, costing me both time and fuel.

It might seem like a small thing, but it’s exactly the sort of helpful customer service that makes a difference. Thanks again, Tony!

Once again, Millie (Design Consultant) demonstrated first class customer service in assisting me today. It seems that nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is a true professional and a superb ambassador for Wickes! Wickes would do well to hang on to her. Her level of commitment to providing excellent customer service is hard to find!

Colleagues were really helpful, some of my tiles boxes were broken so Melinda at the checkout went above and beyond by taping them back up so they were safe to be moved. Good place to get what you need!

Great customer service from TONY - so pleasant and helpful. I needed block paving sand, which was too heavy for me to carry - he collected the bags from the store and put it in my car for me. A great ambassador for your store.

Customer service was great . Various members of staff gave quick concise information allowing me to find everything i needed .
Finally , Tony was a star , I gave him a trolly of items , asked for heavy items to be added to part of the trolley for delivery. Part of trolley was half price damaged separate payment Finally the rest to put in the car. The patience he showed throughout was remarkable.

Went in looking for some painting supplies and apparently turned up after they had performed a stocktake so bits were all over the place. Morris helped out and was a superstar finding everything I was after- even the Wickes own brand equivalents to save a few pounds. Old school great customer service.
