Deepak certainly knows his stuff, changed our kitchen design when he realised the original plan would not work, he’s plan would ! Top service after visiting the store and choosing the add on’s required, Deepak took us through all options then finally showing us the final version with a printed out plan and CAD image, very useful when imagining your kitchen.
Very recommended indeed.

From the moment I walked into Wickes, Deepak Chauhan provided outstanding customer service. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted, but he took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and guide me through the options without any pressure.

I came to Wickes to get my bathroom designed and installed because I wanted a reputable company who could provide 0% finance. My local store is Stirchley in Birmingham and there I was given an appointment with Deepak. He came to my house to do an initial assessment and help to design my bathroom. Deepak is fantastic - he is professional, courteous and very knowledgable. A week later I came back to the store to sit down with him and look at the designs. I was very pleased with the designs. My bathroom is being fitted next week and Deepak has been available to answer any last minute queries about the order. I highly recommend Wickes in Stirchley, and especially Deepak.

Avoid at all costs! - taken 6 months and still no quote with a design which makes any sense. incorrect info and offers given, delayed and then cancelled visits, poor in-store design info and depite trying to contact customer services have had no reply. very poor and cant even raise a compliant as no one answers at Wickes

Deepak has been really helpful with our kitchen design. Despite me changing my mind about things twice, he has been professional throughout the whole process. Everything is set out and you know exactly what you are getting and why.
Would definitely recommend them.

Omran has designed a fantastic kitchen. I have found the service to be absolutely excellent. He has taken the time to guide us through the process, meet with tenants and is meeting with our third party installers on the first day of work to make sure everything goes well. Highly recommended

We had a kitchen planning appointment. Julie Lovell was very knowledgable, helpful and efficient. She listened well to our wishes and advised us from there. We went back a fewdays later for a follow up appointment and ordered the kitchen.
