I just had a delivery this morning and the young man ZADE who delivered a particularly heavy order was probably the loveliest, kindest delivery driver we've ever had. The toddlers were bombarding him with questions throughout and he answered them without an issue. They weren't rude or running around, they were just stood with me in the doorway and his positive attitude really did give them a great start to the day. Its great when children feel heard and they definitely did. One asked if he wanted to use the toilet lol. The big boy toilet. He was just going about his day, doing his job but those little interactions can really make or break someone else's day. Thank you for being the way you are ZADE. Have a great week and keep up the positive attitude. People don't always show their appreciation but it is there and you should know it.

Wouldn’t trust doing a kitchen it’s been 60 days and we are eating out of an airfryer and the microwave still. Oven been labelled as electrically and gas unsafe. Plumbing not done correctly. Too many email chains. Wouldn’t trust organising a piss up in a brewery

Very happy with wicks kitchen services choices of kitchen s worktops very good somthing for everyone’s pocket also the staff very friendly and helpful the guy that designed my kitchen excellent his name was Sal he new what he was doing very helpful showed me all my choices and left me to decide my options explain in detail the difference in product s and suggested best for me for my budget made it all so easy within an hour purchased my new kitchen brilliant highly recommend wicks kitchens also great sales and offers

We had our kitchen designed by Sal at Wickes Pudsey and we could not be any happier. He listened to our idea’s and added his own and eventually third time around we got it spot on!
Sal did an amazing job and could not fault him. He was very professional from day one on what is a very stressful time for anyone designing a kitchen, he made it quite effortlessly.

I recently ordered compost soil and topsoil from Wickes online, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The website was easy to use, and arranging delivery was straightforward with clear communication throughout.

What really stood out, though, was the delivery itself. The driver was excellent—professional, helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to check exactly where I wanted everything placed and made sure it was delivered neatly and carefully. He showed real respect for my property, which I really appreciated, and nothing felt rushed or careless.

It’s not often you come across such attentive and considerate service. The driver went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything, and it made a big difference to the overall experience.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Wickes again. Highly recommended!

Easy to order online kept me informed about delivery and the delivery drivers were excellent and really helpful.

Salam helped massively with the design of our new bathroom. He had started a plan for it before we even arrived based from our previous discussions. Showed us around the showroom and the website to pick what we wanted and went through step by step how the whole process would work. Couldn't recommend this service more.

Needed some spare pieces for a Wickes kitchen I inherited in a newly purchased flat. The staff at Wickes went out of their way to help me source what was needed. Much appreciated and highly recommended

Went to Pudsey store for MDF paint and primer. As I wasn’t too sure what I needed asked for help from Logan. Logan was so helpful in pointing out my different options and was really knowledgeable. Even when I had moved on and was waiting for my paint, he carried on looking for a suitable, affordable product for me, than you!

In Pudsey store 24.3.26, bought a couple of items, not many, only 2! After paying and leaving the store to get home, I discovers that the SECURITY TAG, is still attached to my water hose gun!!! Can you train your till assistants to be extra vigilant in looking for SECURITY TAGS upon scanning as Im now wasting MY TIME to go back to store to get the dam thing removed! Probably get funny looks if I've nicked it but will have receipt And wasting my fuel, when fuel prices are through the roof as it is, I don't need it.

We had the pleasure of having Sal (Salam Desai) designing our kitchen for us. He was great from the start and always happy to tweak things and change things around so we got the kitchen we were 100% happy with. We cannot thank him enough.

Tasharna was very experienced, helpful, amenable and patient.

An excellent delivery. Driver went, above and beyond, and he did it friendly and with a smile. He had to do more work for me than he was obliged to do. (I’m an old disabled woman) My delivery and courier, could not have been better. He gave me a card, but I just realised, his name isn’t on it. So if Wickes see this. That driver deserves a raise.
As for the products. They’re great quality ( I’m housebound , so can’t choose my own. So I’m grateful, whoever chose, chose well) it was also delivered within the slot I had been given. I would highly recommend Wickes for quality and service.

I ordered a large bulk delivery of timber and plasterboard and the guy that came was lovely very helpful also helped me by letting me know what else I needed for the stud wall I am building . Would defiantly recommend .

Had great customer service from Logan, who helped me work out which shower was best for my needs and placed the online order for me.

Really easy fast trip to wickes and with James . W help made it even faster great service and help throughout
