Staff member, Ned, was more then helpful today at Wickes Macclesfield branch. Saw me struggling and came unprompted to help. All staff were polite but Ned's attitude raised customer service to another level. Thank you Ned

Wicks had everything I was looking for in stock at competitive prices. Ned , who served me was exceptional. Very professional, helpful and friendly. He also arranged delivery for me. Delighted and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Ben and Simon. Best two lads in the place. Genuinely friendly and helped me a ton with a big bulk order. Patience aswell. I think it was ben. While he was putting my order through I walked off to go grab something else and the man wasnt annoyed. Jsut laughed it off and both had a right good sense of humour. Genuinely very pleased. And considering I was having a terrible day because of toolstation. They really Genuinely made me forget about how annoyed I was. Would recommend. Good people working here. Great staff and service. Even when the system messed up they didnt get annoyed they both works off of one another. Great experience.

All was going well until I came to pay, I was waiting my turn as there was only 1 lady serving when another lady came out of the back room & asked someone behind me if she could help him & he asked me if I had been served yet so I said not yet! The lady walked over and said anyone doesn't matter who there is more than 1 till open. This was in quite an aggressive manner! I said when I got to the tills there was only 1 open. so thats why i was at that till and there wasn't any need to be rude. She said she is dying here and shes been in since whatever time so I told her everyone is struggling with the heat unfortunately but still no need to be rude to anyone

Visited Wickes Macclesfield today and was assisted by the incredibly helpful Lynda, knowledgeable about where things are and nothing is too much trouble. Always cheerful and willing to help.a very positive asset to the Wickes store.

Went it to purchase some tiles, Lynda was extremely helpful and sorted it very quickly. Emily was very friendly at the checkout

I visited the Macclesfield branch last week looking for tiles and paint for my kitchen renovation. I was assisted by Linda, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout my visit.

Linda took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended the best products to suit my home and project. Thanks to her advice, the finished result in my kitchen looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Having used wicked several times I’ve found the staff knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve asked for help and they’ve always been eager to be helpful and positive especially James Reuben and Molly I’m look forward to visiting again and am sure the rest of the staff will be just as helpful.

Our Community Group applied for a donation of goods from this store and we were accepted. I was a little earlier than expected collecting the item but Reuben was very efficient and had got it all ready and waiting for me.

We recently ordered our kitchen from the Wickes store in Macclesfield and had the pleasure of working with Muhammad Faizan throughout the process.

From our very first visit, Muhammad was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We visited the store on more than one occasion, and each time he took the time to explain all the available options, discuss different layouts and designs, and answer every question we had with patience and expertise.

His attention to detail was outstanding. The measurements and planning were extremely precise, and the kitchen design he created helped us visualise exactly how the finished result would look. He was always clear in his explanations and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel straightforward and enjoyable.

We were also delighted with the value for money. Not only did we find a kitchen that met our expectations in terms of quality and appearance, but the price was considerably more competitive than other suppliers we had visited.

What really stood out was Muhammad’s friendly and approachable manner. He never made us feel rushed, listened carefully to what we wanted, and genuinely seemed invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome.

We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received and are very excited to see our new kitchen come to life. Muhammad is a real credit to the Wickes Macclesfield team, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We are a local primary school in Congleton and reached out to the store to see if they could help us with an outdoor project we were doing. Rueben was fantastic and kindly gifted us some sleepers and compost abd not only that but arranged for it all to be delivered! New sandpit and pond area incoming! Absolutely fantastic service from Reuben who went out of his way to collect a discontinued item from the Glossop branch and brought it to my local Macclesfield store in his own time. Popped into wickes macclesfield a couole of times over the bank holiday weekend. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Lynda in particular helped me find everything I needed for my project quickly. The products i got were grest quality too. I will definitely be using Wickes more in the future.

Lynda at Macclesfield store is always friendly and helpful whenever I ask for assistance I prefer to purchase from Wicks Macclesfield because the store is well laid out . And the staff.
