5 out of 5 stars – Exceptional service from Karen!
I recently visited the Wickes in Harrogate and had a fantastic experience, entirely thanks to Karen.
The store itself is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need for home improvement, but it’s the customer service that really stands out. Karen went completely above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed for my project. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions with a smile.
It is rare to find that level of genuine, helpful service these days. She is an absolute asset to the Harrogate team. I will definitely be returning to this branch for my future DIY needs—highly recommended!
