Emma the superstar!
I came in today needing some paint, a roller, and some masking tape to do up my son’s bedroom this weekend, and I had never been in to wickes so had no idea where anything was! I approached the till for support where I found Emma serving, and so I asked her where I could find anything, and nicely, she walked me right where I needed to be and even told me to use frog tape instead of masking tape so the paint underneath didn’t rip right off the wall! Good job Emma we need more people like you in this darn tootin world

visited the hanworth store today and needed help with paint and wasn’t sure about what paint i need found a member of staff callum who helped me get the correct paint and went thru the sheen finishes he was really helpful and took the paint to my car can’t thank callum i will be visiting this store again for my diy projects

Went to pick up some filler to repair a wall but was overwhelmed by the amount of different products, fortunately Tai was really helpful and helped me decide to grab pollyfilla as it’s easy to use!

A big thank you to Calum at Wickes for excellent customer service. I was rushed and stressed, and he went out of his way to help me with the basin, secure the packaging and later make the exchange as quick and easy as possible.
Most importantly, his help is the reason Wickes got and kept my business. Had Calum not helped me so well in the first place, I would likely have bought the basin elsewhere. When I needed to exchange it, I chose to return to Wickes because I trusted I’d be looked afte, when I could have easily asked for a refund.
Staff like Calum genuinely make a difference and deserve to be recognised and supported.
