Wickes - Coventry Reviews 

Ruth was incredible from our first meeting through to coming and checking everything was as she had meticulously planned it. From pondering over floors to splash backs to colour combinations, nothing was too much trouble, she was patient and professional throughout. My every want and need catered for. All credit to the fitters Gary and Ryan who worked in a super tidy and methodical way, answering random daily questions with a smile and confidence!

We had our bathroom refitted through Wickes. Ruth at Coventry was fantastic from the first meeting, taking the time to understand our needs and talk us through our options. We had been to 3 other major retailers previously and the experience with Ruth was by far the best.

The bathroom took just over a week to fit through Wickes recommended fitters. The finish was great and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the products and the design.

The only negative which took it to 4 stars was that the system that syncs up delivery of goods and the date of fitting seems flawed, so I would recommend phoning a few days ahead of fitting just to make sure everything is on the way. Having said that, everyone we spoke to at Wickes went above and beyond to get what we needed on time and deal with unavoidable hiccups. And although a little stressful at times the whole thing went through fine thanks to the team. They all deserve 5 stars.

We had our kitchen completely renovated in the July/August 2024. Essentially Wickes project managed everything for us, from the initial new kitchen design (big thank you to Ruth - Wickes design consultant at the Coventry branch) through to the very end where Ruth visited our house to take a look at our new kitchen, and make sure that everything was ok etc.

Wickes were excellent when it came to advising what choices we had in the way of cabinets, appliances etc that suited our kitchen.

The project consisted of removing our old kitchen completely, a lot of electrical work, re-plastering, plumbing, and then installing the new kitchen supplied by Wickes. This took 3 weeks approx. All the way through Ruth at Coventry and Debbie at the Customer Experience centre were liaising with us to make sure that everything was moving along to our satisfaction-which it was. The kitchen installers did a super job and we are very pleased with our new kitchen. Thank you to all concerned. Great job all round.

FYI the date of experience below (16th July 2024) is the date the work started on the kitchen. The kitchen design was completed a few weeks before this. The work was completed approx 3 weeks after 16th July.

I've recently brought a lifestyle kitchen off Wickes Coventry. Myself & my husband wanted inspiration for our kitchen & utility, as we had no idea what to do. This is when we met the Wickes Kitchen designer, Ryan. What an absolute legend he is. He planned out our kitchen & our utility perfectly, thinking of lots of ideas to offer us. He then shared a 3d plan of what it would look like. It won us over. Because we needed a kitchen on a budget there are more restrictions of how we pay such as instalments. But we found out we could pay Klarna which was perfect for us.
Ryan ordered the kitchen in plus floor tiles and work surface so we knew we had ordered all the right stuff! This was a daunting thing for us to do, so to have Ryan there every step of the way was amazing, and we without a doubt would not of bought a kitchen if we hadn't had Ryan to guide us through the process.
At the end of payment Ryan never stopped there, he said at any point we need advice or help on fitting it, we could just ask.
