We used Isobel for our kitchen design…
We used Isobel for our kitchen design and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened to what we wanted and designed a kitchen with our needs in mind. We were having structural work done and Isobel worked diligently and professionally around that, pointing out considerations and offering advice where needed. Even when we made a major change in our design she worked with us to come up with effective and practical solutions offering a “no problems, only solutions” attitude. If you are looking for a kitchen designer we cannot recommend Isobel enough.

Tunay the kitchen designer was amazing
Tunay the kitchen designer was amazing. He helped me shape my order into a clear structure and walked me through each line clearly so that I am confident that the order is correct.
Tunay then helped me to achieve an excellent price, which my husband and I are delighted with.
Speaking directly with Tunay has made ordering components for our kitchen so easy, he was fabulous at every stage. Thank you Tunay.

A Great Staff Member Makes A Difference
Last week I was served by a member of your staff called Anthony. He was polite, helpful, happy and cheerful. My head was on the job and I was frustrated at having to leave to get more material, wasting time during the work day. Anthony’s energy and enthusiasm and general willingness to engage with me however was infectious and I was soon smiling again. Me and my colleague both mentioned how nice it was to be treated in such a welcoming and friendly manner. Furthermore just as we had finished loading up the new materials and was returning the trolly - we saw Anthony carrying some heavy items out the store for an elderly lady and helping her to load them in her boot. He deserves recognition for his efforts and going above and beyond and I hope this helps in that regard. Thank you Anthony for your help.

Staffing knowledge and assistance
I recently visited our Brentwood store although smaller than other stores always has had the best intentions at heart whenever you are stuck or struggling with a problem the team are always willing to assist and are very dog friendly. Our most recent experience with the Brentwood store was amazing as always the nice young cashier Anthony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was keen to assist us with our purchases the date of transaction was the 17th of April around 15:45 and was only too pleased to interact with our dog as were most of the staff
