Excellent customer service and products

I ordered a shirt and sweatshirt from Wicked Clothes and they ended up getting lost in the mail. I wasn't able to get the shipping company to work with me as they falsely marked it as delivered.

After emailing Wicked Clothes customer service about my issue, I received a timely response and they sent me a new package. The customer service agent was so kind and understanding.

When I received my clothes I was not disappointed. I love every item I ordered! I will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

Ordered at the end of August

Ordered at the end of August, received mid September - not a huge issue. However, the item arrived and was uncomfortable, poor quality and overall not something I wanted. I went to return on the site and it wouldn't generate a return label. I emailed customer service and they sent me one to use. My item arrived back to them on September 20th (confirmed via tracking) and they still haven't refunded me 16 days later, despite their site saying the refund time is 5 biz days...buyer beware.

Relieved and happy!

I got my order within 8 days and it was perfect. I'm so psyched about my Witching hour sweatshirt!! I was really nervous because of all the bad reviews but my experience was great! Thank you!!

Highly recommend this brand

Highly recommend this brand, I received my 2 sweatshirts in Australia within 3 weeks. The quality is great, very soft and comfortable. I recommend ordering a larger size as it is extra comfy. I ordered the mothman and the gate keepers sweatshirt and love the design, I was pleasantly surprised about the pink skull design down the sleeves on the gate keeper sweatshirt. Everyone comments on them and I will be a returning customer.

Wicked is a reputable company

I have ordered clothes from Wicked several times. Clothes are good quality and designs are bright as pictured. After reading some of these reviews I don’t trust their low scores as they always responded through email if you have any issues.

Comfy clothes, awesome designs

I have bought from them at least six times in the last year and love everything I've ordered! The shirts don't shrink or fade in the wash. The sweatshirts are so soft and comfortable. I love that they have pins now too. I've bought stuff as gifts and have turned a lot of people onto their company. Never had an issue with tracking or shipping (especially since everything is delayed because of the PANDEMIC.) I would give more than five stars if I could, great company all around!

Really bad customer services

Really bad customer services. I purchase some items and did not hear from them for one month. Between that time, I asked them several time to give me my transaction number in order to see my order statuts. I had to asked a refund with paypal directly because they ignored all my emails, facebook messages and instragram. Thanks to the message I sent directly to paypal, they finally decided to send me my stuffs. There was no apologies or answers to my messages. Last time I am buying from them. I would never buy from this store, NEVER AGAIN

Low quality

Cool designs and colors, but the quality is unforgivable at the price point. $27 for tees with prints that crack and fade after one was on the "delicate, cold water" cycle? I'm very disappointed and honestly wish I could return the shirts. Glad I got one wear out of it, but now it's faded and the print is cracked so I'm only going to wear it around the house.

Do no trust them

I ordered $87 worth of clothing on June 14th 2021 and expected shipping within 3-7 days it is now July 1st and still have not recieved anything. It says my order has not been filled, I emailed them and all I got back was a copy and paste email apologizing for delays . I was not offered a refund or to switch out what I was trying to get with anything else. I was really looking forward to the clothes and will not reccomend or try to buy anything else from this website.

Good Designs, Packaging/Shipping Can Use Improvement

When I looked through their clothing, their designs were exactly what I was looking for! I am a sucker for their types of clothing, so I ordered around 200 dollars worth of clothing (which was mostly hoodies). I noticed a lot of people were complaining about the quality of the clothes compared to the price, but in my opinion, it was perfectly fine! Gildan's hoodies are comfortable for being inexpensive. Some of the t-shirts that I ordered from them are a bit thin and long but that doesn't bother me. Their clothing is a bit pricy, but it's mainly because of the designs. Wicked Clothes is probably sharing their profit with the artists they work with. If you want to purchase from the artists directly, some of their prices are cheaper than buying from Wicked (such as Steven Rhodes, who I bought from first before finding Wicked Clothes. He sells his Cerberus shirt on his website which is $13 dollars cheaper than Wicked Clothes). But Wicked also sells some custom designs from these artists, which I have not found anywhere else.

My main complaint was the shipping and packaging. It took almost two weeks for my first package to arrive (my second one is currently still in transit). My first package actually seemed to get lost, but I blame this entirely on FedEx (their shipping carrier). FedEx lost track of my orders, and couldn't "give me a delivery date" after they stopped updating my package. I was really worried, so I contacted customer service through the website directly and got a response within 2 days.
The customer service was very sweet, and the responses were consistent (responses usually took 1-2 days per email). One of the customer service representatives was going to reship my order, but my package somehow got delivered and I got my first package (despite seeming lost). The package had some gross greasy/sticky residue, but I can't blame Wicked Clothes for this because this could've been FedEx's fault as well.

However, I was a bit disappointed with how bad the packaging was. My package was plastic (basically a thin plastic bag), and all the clothing was not wrapped and stuffed into it. This can easily lead to clothing falling out if the package was damaged (which is probably why a lot of people experienced empty packages) and the lack of inner wrappings of the clothing can possibly damage the clothing (such as tears or stains). Luckily my clothing was in good condition and looked exactly as it did on the website!

I have good faith in Wicked, and I hope that my second package does not have any imperfections. I should be getting it tomorrow!

TLDR: Wicked has great custom designs from the artists that they are working with but uses inexpensive clothing to print their designs and the listing prices on their website are a bit expensive. If that's a problem, then ordering directly from the artists that they commission might be worth it, since the artists' products cost less. Either that or wait for Wicked Clothing sales. Their main problem is their packaging which can risk the clothes being missing or damaged.

Update (07/03/21):
I just received my second package today. It took about a week longer than expected. I was supposed to receive my package on June 23rd. I got what I ordered, and there were no problems besides the shipping delays.

Ordered 117$ worth of stuff from them…

Ordered 117$ worth of stuff from them on March 21st 2021 and the order has still not updated or changed and it is now June 9th 2021. Haven't gotten any emails back from them even though I've been trying to contact them multiple times.

Refusing to refund

Refusing to refund! I accidentally purchased an item twice as it was left in my cart on another device. I promptly started a return for it. The item was returned in April and they still have not refunded my item. I have contacted them several times and keep getting various excuses. They are now no longer responding. Not trustworthy! Shop at your own risk.

My fiancé and I ordered two shirts from…

My fiancé and I ordered two shirts from this company we were really excited when it said they had been delivered. When we got home and opened the package it was just an empty fedex package with no shirts in it at all. We spent 40$ on two shirts and never got them. I tried to call their number on the package but it just rang and went to a voicemail that wasn’t even set up. I have emailed them, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram and no response. I am very furious that I spent hard earned money on this company received nothing and they don’t even have the gall to answer a phone or email me back!! 10/10 would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I would give them 0/5 stars if I could. They take weeks to process orders, won’t respond to emails, & shipping takes forever because they purposely choose the slowest shipping method possible to save themselves money. They need to stop spending so much money advertising on social media and put that money into fixing their terrible customer service. Over half of their comments on social media are people complaining about their missing orders, yet there is still zero communication from the brand about what is going on.

they accept afterpay so i get to pay my clothes off in payments, quick shipping, great quality and bright imagery. i was going to wait to see how my first experience went buying from here before i shopped again but i’m definitely buying more from this site.

The positive reviews are likely fake

The positive reviews are likely fake!
I received a broken item and promptly sent a picture of the item.
I received no response at all!
Why is there no customer service phone number or response to emails, is it because they don't actually care about replacing defective orders?
It is very risky to order from them.

Good experience. Easy to work with.

I ordered a few shirts and somehow they fell out of the package on the way to me and FedEx delivered an empty package. I contacted Wicked Clothes and they responded in just a few business days with a tracking number and a message saying they’re sending a replacement shipment. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Plus, I am always happy with their products.

This review pertains to the customer service experience. I ordered $138 worth of clothes onJan 30th. I then order another hoodie on the same day. The hoodie arrived, but nothing else did. Despite contacting them several times, I have never heard anything back. It has been over a month and not even one reply to the four messages I have sent.
