I ordered 2-samples stone sills from Whole Tiles and received them almost immediately. They had the products and color I wanted and within one week I had the sills I ordered in New Mexico. I am very impressed with the company, their customer service, packaging and service and I highly recommend. They are a legit company.

We sent WholeTiles several questions, and each one was answered within minutes. First, we ordered a sample. It was well packed and arrived when promised. Next, we ordered a 4 ft wide shower threshold. It also arrived when promised, and it was packed so well that there is absolutely no way it could have broken. I wish we had found this company earlier on in our bathroom remodel! We will not hesitate to order from Whole Tiles again.

Lynda is rude and gives an attitude. I returned a marble bathroom vanity piece because of a hole in it and she told me thats how marble is. I ended up returning it. Turns out I was listed as a “problem client” because of the return. I bought a marble piece elsewhere and no holes!

I recently ordered a marble shower niche shelf in Botticino Beige from Whole Tiles. The package arrived when promised and in good condition. The packing job was excellent! But when I saw the shelf, I was disappointed. The color was very different than the sample I had ordered previously. I emailed the company and explained the issue. They sent me the correct shelf very quickly and it was perfect! I didn't even have to return the original shelf. I was very pleased with the product and their service.

Purchased a shower threshold from them, it arrived in only 3 days however it was cracked, The packing was very good so I’m thinking it was mishandled during delivery which was not Wholetiles fault, in any case I immediately called them and they were able to replace, I drove to their warehouse in New Hersey and actually someone waited for me to arrive which was great! When I arrived they brought out the new one and took the one which was cracked. I can’t express the satisfaction we had with this Company I see several negative posts so I was uncertain, The lady answered on my first call and when I was running late to pick up replacement, I called and left a VM and she called me right back. I will use them again because of my experience as I have nothing negative to say.

I didnt have the problems others have had.
I asked for the UPS tracking number in their chat box. They emailed it over to me. The package (quartz threshold) came several days later. There were no chips in the threshold. It was well packaged in a type of styrofoam envelope.
My state is close to New Jersey so maybe that makes a difference. But the threshold was so well packed, I think it could have made San Fransisco unscathed.

Placed an order 10-days ago and have yet to receive my order or even receive word on when it will be shipped. Sent email and placed a phone call and no one called back for responded. My job is now behind schedule. I would give no stars if I could. Beware of this company!

I ordered two 5 footer threshold tile from them. First box opened was OK but then the second box, the tile was broken (not packaged well). I let them know what happened and took some pictures of the broken tile yesterday and today i receive the replacement tile. Very happy with the quality of tiles and the fast response of the customer service, thanks guys

I ordered two corner shelves and was sent an email saying it was shipped on Monday. By Wed ups said they never picked it up...a label had been created but no pickup scheduled. When I contacted them, they claimed ups HAD picked it up but just couldn't see it in their system. They were very rude to me when I finally did get through, and after calling ups again and ups saying it absolutely was NOT ever picked up, I again spoke with them and told them what ups said. They couldn't tell me what was going on with my order, and ultimately canceled my order as I was informed via email a couple hours later. This is a "funnel" business as ups informed me their records indicated the product was coming from a tile co beginning with M...Mirazza I believe it was. Definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with this business if you actually want to receive your order.

Wholetiles.com has repeatedly improperly packaged the piece of marble I have ordered. it has arrived broken multiple times, it has been proven that its not being packaged to basic standards. Stone stuffed in a box that is shorter than the stone itself, stone allowed to move freely inside the shipping box, no fragile stickers, no hard wood used in packaging (cardboard and mdf only). They never answer the phone, issue short unprofessional email responses, and now I'm being asked to return products via paying for my own packing materials and driving a long distance to get to a shipping center, and no refund has been offered yet. Currently no resolution, and communication continues to be very difficult with this company.

Placed an order over a week ago. Two days later they charged my visa for the order. At the end of a week I messaged them, then called twice to see where the order was. No one responded to any of my requests for information. Then this morning I find that their site has blocked my access by saying I am a spammer. Unbelievable. Don't do business with this company

Super experience. My order was a very fair price with immediate free shipping. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I'll be back.

I was looking for glass subway tile to coordinate with a quartz counter for a kitchen reno and saw some beautiful pieces in Whole Tiles collection that looked good. I ordered samples that arrived quickly and love them. The color was very similar to what showed on my computer screen (unlike other tile samples purchased from a different company that were not the shade I expected.) I'm just waiting for my designer to tell me how much I'll need and I'll be back to purchase more. Price is about $9 per sq.ft. cheaper than the same tile at a store my GC recommended.

You should have the exact name of the tile on the back of the samples. I ordered samples but when I placed the order and described the tile I wanted for my new bathroom, you sent the other sample. I said the whitest tile and you sent the grey ones. I didn't have time to change them and fortunately, they look ok.

Nothing to share - the order was properly handled.

I was most anxious to receive this order but we had some issues with shipping - my order going to other customers and my delivery directions
being lost…… since I was in a crunch for time, I needed to do something
else. To their credit, they promptly issued a refund and apologized for
any misunderstanding.
