Communications were excellent; they offered the best market price for the goods as far as we could find; they delivered the goods on time; the goods were well packaged; the driver of the courier they used was courteous; the goods are of a high quality. We use alot of tape for our own packing and sometimes tape can be tricky to deal, but this tape was of good quality so thumbs up for selling good quality at the best prices.

I have ordered several items of stock from Karl and the team, and always found the service to be outstanding. When I first started my ebay shop I was inexperienced, and used several different companies to source stock. They are as good a supplier as anyone out there, beyond simply supplying goods - with their website several links are available to other avenues such as The Wholesale Forums, allowing new buyers to find out more about the industries that they are trying to operate in.
Their Iron Maiden t-shirts alone are fantastic value, have always arrived within 2-3 days (dependent on the finish time regarding auctions, for example when an auction ends on Saturday the earliest you should ever expect it is Tuesday), and they have never failed to deliver promptly.
Beyond everything else, a good measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong - it allows you to experience their customer service first hand - so I would like to share an example. A while ago, I was bidding on a stock lot, and I won the auction. Unfortunately, due to an oversight, the stock was not available. (These things happen to the best of us!) They did not panic or lie to me, (which some sellers do), they immediately contacted me upon realising the situation and compensated me, giving me a wide variety of options from which I chose the one that suited me - as a customer in this situation, I was positively delighted with the speed of their resolutions and their commitment to ensuring that their customers are happy, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a clothing wholesaler.
