Overpriced considering the tea
Overpriced considering the tea, which average and not as delicious as other competitors who are cheaper. The whole shopping experience in store is generally rather unpleasant. The staff there seem hassled when you need to ask them anything. Went to a store with my two teenage daughters and they were asking about the allergen content in their hot chocolate products and were greeted with eye rolls and exasperation. How dare they make my daughter feel like she can't ask a question like this. Who do they think they are. Never will by their products again.

Turkish Apple Tea - just sugar no apple
Purchased the instant Turkish Apple Tea which was delicious so went ahead and purchased a further 4 tubs at a cost of £40. I may as well have just bought bags of sugar, no apple taste nothing like the first tub we purchased and enjoyed. All had the same batch number. I contacted customer services via email to ask why the quality was so poor this time but received no response. Wouldn't buy from here again nor would I recommend. £40 wasted which is a lot for tea!

Excellent service
Excellent service, product looks great ( bought as a gift, so not used yet), and an issue re a missing item was quickly resolved by the customer services dept. Missing item sent with next day delivery, and now received, so very impressive overall. Will use again!

No plastic packaging - Great Service as well!
Ordered 2 tea strainers off them on line which arrived 1 day earlier than they said :) More importantly Whittard of Chelsea clearly have thought about their packaging which was all recyclable paper/cardboard and also the packing tape was recyclable as well. Well done to them, companies like this should be rewarded for actually being proactive about plastic packing. We will be back!!

But I was also delighted by the customer service support and reaction
when I had problems with the delivery of my purchase !
