I’m actively seeking to buy from family businesses - we’ve enough billionaires.
Anyway, first time user of this company, needing tools for a new position. I found the website easy to use, to find and order and pay for what I needed.
Confirmation and tracking emails clear and timely - delivery (saws) well packed and safely delivered.
As if all this isn’t enough - I had cause to contact White Rose by email and their support has been nothing short of magnificent (thank you, Denise).

Fast delivery and good quality products. Couldn’t find what I bought anywhere else.

Ordered blades Wednesday arrived Thursday!!! Best price including postage, excellent thanks.

Ordered the Dellonda artificial tree for Christmas; purchased for £59.99 in the sale which was reduced by half the price - I found out why… came in 2 parts and advertised as a 5 foot - more like a 4
Ft with a 1ft stem, 6 branches so unable to even fluff out it was practically see through I could see the branches and my wall behind the front branches. Returned the tree and had 20 percent deducted due to the box being unopened and marks to the bottom base, you can’t even make it up. How else are you supposed to get to the tree without opening the box; and as for the marked base that would
Have been done their end as my flooring is carpet so no where for it to chip or mark. Excuses their end to try and scrimp and save some pennies, day light robbery. Will avoid this company at all costs, will also make sure my friends and family avoid. I won’t be accepting the fact they have deducted MY MONEY from the refund, it’s not even the amount that’s annoyed me it’s the principal.

I have given 5* for the item but only 2* for delivery I had know notification till late afternoon to tell me that my order was delayed it will be delivered on the following day was very disappointed as it was a gift 😡

I placed my order on Weds night & paid for express next day delivery. On Friday after not receiving any info for my delivery i called them. It was due to leave their warehouse on Friday evening. Don't charge for next day delivery if you can't dispatch when expected.

Have used them for a couple of small items. Bought a set of impact hex bits that were so cheap I thought they would be rubbish but bought another set as were great. A Dewalt bit holder fell apart first time I used it (not white roses fault but typical Dewalt) but white rose sorted it immediately sending me a new bit. Great service.

I had a problem with a faulty bike lock.White Rose Tools sent a replacement in two days.

Paid £3.99 for fast (1-2 working day delivery) and been told it will likely be a week and Im not able to get the extra I paid for delivery back, complete rip off :(
