I arranged with you for the pellets to…
I arranged with you for the pellets to be delivered last Wednesday when my son would be around to stack them for me and they arrived on the Thursday. At least 10 bags of the pellets were damaged and all told I lost over a whole bag full. The damage was on the inside of the stacked bags so the damage must have been done when they were stacked on the pallet not afterwards.

Great logs, rubbish delivery service
Logs all neatly packed. However, palletforce your chosen delivery company were awful. They told me it would be delivered on 29th 09.21-12.21. it didn't arrive so i phoned them. they told me it was out for the 30th afternoon. they said they would get the driver to phone with a guide time. on the 30th i had an email saying delivery 03.24-06.24. which i ignored. driver arrived at 08.30 no phone call and nothing noted on his sheet to phone with a guide to delivery time. The driver was very polite and helpful. the delivery service was pathetic.

Ordered a pallet of coal
Ordered a pallet of coal - no fuss and few days later pallet of coal arrived! Coal was dry decent quality and ready to go! I’ve purchased coal locally which is always soaking wet! So it was a refreshing change! Price was also good. Some of the bags were split, but nothing drastic as it was a pallet of coal at the end of the day! Overall good service, good quality dry coal and a decent price!

They are marketing 6.5kg of kindling on Amazon - I weighed the bag and it’s less than 4kg - I have an image

Good service. Excellent product.
The only difficulty is organising the delivery. Asking for a specific date and time when available to receive is not obvious on the website. The wood was delivered on a day I wasn't available and in the morning when I requested, if possible, an afternoon slot.
Otherwise a happy customer!
