No admin or delivery faults
No admin or delivery faults. What I wanted was what was delivered to my door and within the time window by a pleasant delivery operator. I was impressed by the delivery tracking system which communicated with me regularly and helpfully. The system is better than any in my recent experience. An update against a time window is better than Amazon and way ahead of Evri.

I could not believe that after a really poor delivery experience which has put me off using the company, they send me an email extolling the wonderful professionalism of the delivery team , talk about rubbing salt into the wound.
Having given the company much of my time in feedback I have had no real apology. The customer service lady is very polite but not one word of apology from the management.
I had to track down my delivery through 3 different delivery firms (obviously subcontracted). It was over a week late and stood in the yard of a haulage firm who were not bothered about customer service.
Again I would say good product but poor customer service and after sales care and importantly delivery.

I completely understand your frustration, particularly given that your order was over a week late and you were left having to chase and track the delivery yourself through multiple delivery companies. This is certainly not the level of service or after-sales care that we want our customers to experience.
I also understand your frustration regarding the follow-up email you received praising the professionalism of the delivery team, especially considering the experience you had. I can appreciate how this would have felt insensitive and, as you quite rightly pointed out, like adding further frustration to an already disappointing situation.
I am sorry that you felt you had not received a genuine apology from management previously. You should not have had to chase this, and I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to speak with you directly and address the concerns you raised.
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. While I appreciate that it does not change what happened, it gives us an opportunity to look closely at where our communication, delivery process and after-sales care have fallen short and where we need to improve.
We certainly don't want our customers to have to spend their time chasing deliveries or trying to establish where their orders are. This is not the service we want to provide, and your experience will help us improve the service we provide going forward.

Excellent value for money and quality.
Last year’s logs were the best I ever had, hot burn, long lasting, very low ash. The logs delivered this year look similar so hopefully they will be just as good. Fantastic delivery and driver very helpful placing the crate near my wood store

Pallets dispatched quickly with Palletways. The delivery was accurately scheduled on a day convenient to us. Our local Palletways company Y Frenni was always excellent and did not disappoint this time. The young driver arrived in the time slot and was extremely helpful. Please don't ever return to Palletline,,,,,they were dreadful.

We won’t be burning wood for awhile but as we’ve bought from you before we know White Horse Energy wood is kiln dried and will burn well.
Delivery was seamless and on time.
Our road is narrow so a trolley unit was used to bring the pallet of wood from the lorry down to us.
