£6 Application Return Fee
Having to pay a £6 application fee for a return is insane! If the item looked good then I wouldn’t be returning it. You can also get a refund as online credit with a bonus of £2.45… so basically nothing. The item looked tacky and charging people to return something they can’t try in a shop first is such bad business.

I ordered a yellow flowy dress from here maybe 4 or 3 days ago it told me it would come in 2 days which it didn't. the shipping company asked to conform the location and I did it came a day after and once I had opened the dress and tried it on it was the most see through item I have ever seen which made me unable to wear the dress at all for the price I paid I would assume it would be ready to wear for and event but no they want you to pay double the amount you payed to get a person who alter clothes to completely redo the dress put back together I wasn't able to pay that put so I need to now buy a bodysuit or a slip to cut it up so I can wear the dress without flashing my family the dress is pretty but worst quality and also a bit too long

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. I ordered from them a week ago and checked the tracking to see that it was damaged in head office with the postal company. I emailed them to ask what was happening with the parcel as the tracking hadn’t updated since then which was 3 days ago and I wasn’t sure whether I was receiving the parcel or not. No response. I then went on live chat and they tried to tell me the parcel had been delivered! When I told them it hadn’t been they told me to check with neighbours even though no tracking info shows that it’s been delivered. I contacted the postal company’s depot that’s local to me and they informed me that the parcel never reached them and if it was damaged in head office that they would’ve notified the retailer, so for them to not even contact me and then try to say that the parcel has already been delivered is scandalous! Update: courier just sent me an email, parcel arrived to them empty!

I needed a dress for a wedding next week and the size i bought was too small so i returned it to get another but the refund was taking a while, i sent a message to white fox and they helped me out immediately and i was able to repurchase the dress in time

i’ve already put up a review about this so i’ve deleted it so i can get attention AGAIN!!
i contacted them regarding ordering the wrong item and refund now over a WEEK AGO and still have not received a reply, i’ve sent emails and a message on instagram, i have found out though i wouldn't have be able to change my order once placed, i've tried to do a return when i received my parcel over a week ago, but it told me i needed to wait to be accepted but ive had no emails no QR code sent but on the app when i try do another return it says 'item already returned' and i cannot click it anymore. this is very frustrating as it's a 14 day return period and i don't think im going to get a reply back to my email.

Quality of White Fox dresses are…
Quality of White Fox dresses are absolutely terrible. Way too expensive for cut fabric with frays and no seams. Their dresses are literally just fabirc cut into strips and sewed together with no care or attnetion to detail. I am disspaointed.

Cheap looking clothing and slow delivery and expensive returns!
Appalling company. Paid £6 for “express next day” delivery which actually is not the case. It will be 4-6 days before dispatch and then delivered the next day after dispatch, so you pay £6 for a delivery that can take a week. Clothing looks cheap and poor quality. Also costs £6 to return via Royal Mail, never known a return cost this much with other companies. Will never buy from this company again. Over priced for cheap looking clothes. Lesson learnt!
