My package was unfortunately lost because of the courier, and since they weren’t much help white fox support offered to send over a replacement! I was super happy about it, especially since it was my first time ordering from here. They were super helpful, quick at responding, and understanding!

£30 out of pocket due to false customs fee
Really disappointed with my experience. I was charged an £30 customs fee on my order, which was particularly frustrating as the parcel arrived via Royal Mail the very next day. The customs charge also seemed very difficult to understand given how quickly the order was dispatched and delivered within the UK.
Unfortunately, when my dresses arrived, the quality was also very disappointing and nothing like what I expected, so I ended up returning the entire order.
To be left £30 out of pocket for an order I ultimately had to return was incredibly frustrating. For the price point, I expected much better quality.

I purchased a hoodie costing £37.00 including the shipping, it didn’t fit so I returned it, I had £10 deducted so for the pleasuring of trying on the hoodie which didn’t fit it cost me £10! I wouldn’t purchase from them again.

Faulty item can’t be refunded
I brought a denim shirt, the seam was damaged on the back of it so I emailed the brand to get a refund / replacement.
I didn’t hear back for over a month. So I contacted them asking for a refund again as I had to take the item to be fixed elsewhere.. I was then told as I’d taken it elsewhere they cannot refund or replace now.
So I received a faulty item, was ignored for over a month and now they’re not willing to help.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this company, this customer service is shocking.
