Just waited too long to put an order in!!
I couldn't get the heirloom collection of tomatoes that I wanted as well as the lavender plants I wanted--
Ah well--
The helpful gal did steer me to a couple other options for tomates but I went to a competitor for my lavender as I found what i wanted on their website

Selection / catalog is great, easy to order at website, but the size/quality of the items was not consistent. Also, they are pricey and do not offer any coupons or even free shipping if you spend a signfiicant amount (which I did). Order early in the season since they do sell out of items. Not sure if I will order from them again.

You used to have such wonderful products AND wonderful service. The past three years have been very disappointing - especially regarding tuberous begonias. What has been sent has been: 1) not what I ordered; 2) a total disregard of instructions; and, finally, 3) a one inch by one half inch EXPENSIVE begonia tuber that is just sitting in it's little pot doing nothing. At least, your customer service people are nice, BUT, you used to be a truly luxe garden. "Amos Pettingill" would not be amused.

All the plants arrived well wrapped and in great condition. They are all doing well. Except for the Sambucus. The specimen they sent me was so small it may take decades to grow to the size of a dandelion let alone a real bush.

I have ordered flowers from the White Flower Farm and I was very impressed with the company. They were very imformative, helpful, and their customer service was great to deal with.

When planning new gardens, we shop from White Flower Farm exclusively because they are simply the best in the business. We anxiously await each catalog, and have been customers for nearly 15 years.
Customer service is excellent. When an order of Salvia "May Night" was not up to White Flower's usual vitality, one call to their customer service was all it took to replace the plants.

the bulbs that I had ordered were nicely packaged, some have already sprung up, very nice, even after the rough winter that we,ve had, awaiting for the rest to show their color! would order from again.

I look forward to bloom times over this and succeeding summers.

The website is easy to navigate and the order process was above average for convenience. I have not yet received my plants (I live in Maine so my plants will not be shipped until early to mid May) but I have been ordering plants from Whiteflower for several years and I know what to expect. Their plants are a bit on the expensive side, but they are always strong, healthy plants and they always arrive in good condition. The one time I had a problem (they sent me the wrong variety of tomato) they replaced the plant promptly and without question.

This year I ordered thymus coccineus group and they arrived well packaged. I planted them promptly and all five look healthy. I've ordered from White Flower Farm for years and I've always been pleased with the quality and customer service. One of my favorite past purchases is a group of snapdragons which continue to return year after year in vibrant color. In my opinion, the only negative is the shipping & handling charge, which I think is high.

gift cards perfect for my nurse retirees, they can actively garden or pick something beautiful to keep or give. The live helpers were great in solving a problem with gift cards asap

I ordered the seascape bouquet and my friend received a dozen red roses. How could that happen???????

I have been ordering flowers and plants from White Flower Farm for nearly 20 years. Never been disappointed.

I did get a little worried when the rose didn't come when I thought it would. However, the rose did come and was in perfect condition. So I am happy customer.

i would always prefer to not buy plants through catalogs since they ordinarily are small and take longer to get started. However, sometimes the desire for something unusual or otherwise unavailable makes the decision for you. The various times I have ordered from White Flower Farm I have found the plants to be healthy and VERY well packaged for shipping, which is the most crucial element. I have been quite happy with the plants I have received.

My order was acknowledged timely but I haven't received it yet so I'm confused as to why you asking me to rate your service at this point.

I have ordered a variety of perennials over the years for Mother's and Father's Day. Beautiful additions to my parents garden that come back year after year.

I have ordered from White Flower Farm several times already (around 30 plants so far), and I'm very happy with the plants that I get from them every single time. Good size, good condition and very good quality. I never had a problem or got a plant that didn't grow well after receiving it. I have tried other mail order nurseries and I would always get at least a couple of plants that are too small (specially when ordering more that one plant of the same type) or plants that are in bad shape after shipping that would die eventually. I never had that problem with White Flower Farm. Moreover, they have a great plant selection and they keep your Order History in their website so you know what you ordered before. Highly recommend it.

The plants for the hummingbird collection are superb
When I received my package, there was a damaged plant which was seared at the top of the pot and a second which had a broken stem. It was obvious damage from the shipping. I called customer service and received a cordial and immediate response. They immediately ordered to replaced the damaged plants.
